Every time I get a happy meal for my son, I always get a girl toy so I asked if they could please provide a boy toy in the happy meal. The girl said âtheyâre all the same.â And proceeded to give me a girl toy. Clearly staff did not care about my request. So I called back shortly after and I asked if I could speak to a manager. The girl who answered the phone whose name I believe is Helen said flat out âNo.â I felt this response was quite rude as she didnât even bother to ask why or anything after it was just no and that was that. When I said âexcuse me?â she proceeded to say that I have to come in the store to speak to the manager. So I said okay, thatâs fine. And that was the end. I was really just trying to clarify if there were actually only girl toys because then I would just order the full meals from there on after as opposed to a happy meal because I really only get the happy meal for the toy which my son has no interest in playing with every time they give us a girl toy which is the vast majority of the time. My husband called the store right after and asked if they had boy toys and they replied yes that they do. So I went drove back to the McDonaldâs to speak to the manager in person as that is what the worker said was the only way I could speak to one. And the workers all went in the back for a few moments and then when the manager came back she said she only had 1 boy toy, my son was extremely happy and we traded the previously given toy for the boy toy and left. And to add on, I was extremely calm/professional/kind throughout the experience and did not cause any type of commotion/disturbance over the phone or in person, however, itâs still upsetting that whether they have 1 boy toy or 100 (I strongly believe they had more than 1), they could not fulfill a simple request and it seemed that they were going out of their way and trying their hardest to not fulfill such a small request when I went the first time, forcing me to drive back and come into the store. It can happen one time, but not always!!! The last time caramel iced coffee absolutely doesnât looks on coffee at all. Itâs more iced tea and without creamery and caramel at all. How it can be? Today I lost my desire to go back and asking something to change or add. Because no any exchanges, no any excuses and so hard to be right in front of staff. The quality of drinks is so poor.
