This is a review I left on Facebook several months ago and you can't even respond, also I filed a complaint with the BBB and apparently they don't care to help in this matter.. when I sent an email to the corporate site they claimed that this location is not associated with momiji inc.. even though searching for this location still brings you to the same website.

Went in last night after calling in an order, was told 25 minutes. I get there, wait patiently for my food and it took more like 30 minutes, the longest I've ever had to wait for a carry out order anywhere. When the food comes I notice on the receipt that only 3 rolls were rang up and I asked for 4 (2 fried Phillys, a regular Philly and a rainbow). I go back inside and explain that I'm missing a role, at this point I'm already late for the holiday party I was on my way to and when the server finally came up with my last roll I told her that I Clearly asked for 2 fried Phillys on the phone. As I'm walking out the door I hear her say with a nasty attitude, "well we gave you that roll for free!" As if I'm expected to pay for a roll that they forgot to make after I waited 30 minutes?! My entire order should have been comped in my opinion (I've been in food service and management for many years and it's pretty standard to comp a meal for service this terrible). I called them a little later asking to speak to a manager. Manager tells me that she didnt hear an attitude in her employee's voice (so I'm a liar?) My son and I waited for 10 minutes, got zero contact from wait staff as they filled 3 driver delivery orders- on the main restaurant tables that they have set up for orders to really â set the atmosphereâ. Then 3 more people came in and were also waiting because the sign says âplease wait to be seated â-which is exactly what we were doing. The one free service staff finally comes over and starts to seat two people in front of us who had just gotten there, so I grabbed my kid and said âweâre leavingâ and started to leave and they said âoh you want to eat? you have to stand up so we knowâ! To this ridiculous response and customer service I said âno itâs fine. It says to wait to be seated and we did and now youâre serving them so weâre leaving and so is our moneyâ.    Read moreTwo different experiences on two different visits. On both visits however, service was quite slow. The two stars are because of my most recent visit. First, our family was served their food at completely different times. I received my food first but waited 10 minutes later for my kids meal. BY the time they got their meal, my started to get cold. We decided to start eating with the assumption that my wife's meal was right behind the kids' dinner. Not the case...15 minutes later she receives her food. As I watched the other patrons' service, they too were receiving the same type of accomodation. In addition, as I bit into my tempura, raw batter came running out. It was like a tempura creme puff...kind of disgusting. We were never asked if our food was okay nor were we asked if we needed anything else.
