I was just there this morning. I ordered a medium pumpkin spice latte. I got a small black coffee. Turned around and went to the walk up window and told them I had ordered a medium pumpkin spice latte and gotten a black coffee. Girls were non chalant and no big deal about it, smiling and I was given a small pumpkin spice latte. Terrible at taking orders, terrible customer service. Thankful there are other starbucks options on commercial. Paid for a larger drink than I was given and was late for work because I was given the wrong order initially and went back to get correct drink but was still given the wrong size. On two separate occasions after receiving my order of a grande iced shaken espresso, there is always a lingering taste of raspberry syrup in my drink. This makes it very unpalatable. I’ve concluded it’s the stores problem, as I will drive a ways up the road to Keizer and order from their store and it tastes like it should: An iced espresso with milk And three pumps of syrup without a hint of raspberry.

I ordered a Java chip frappe. When I picked up my order I noticed it was a mocha cookie crumble. I let the barista know that I actually ordered a Java chip. She told me they were the exact same thing but if I really wanted it she would make the exact same thing again.
