Absolutely the worst service I've ever recieved from a bartender. For someone who has "been bartending for 20 years," her customer service was absolute garabage.

Unfortunately, some of the people I was with had left due to her attitude and comments towards us, very loudly from the bar. An example: "WHAT ARE YOU COMPLAINING ABOUT?" It made everyone VERY uncomfortable, and not to mention upset.

She had an attitude right from the start, and was upset that I made a comment about my drink (which I hardly drank). I ordered food as well, but I needed to leave. I proceed to the counter and asked to cancel my order and to pay my tab.

She absolutely refused to give me a refund, proceeded to the kitchen, and brought out another table's food. Once she was back in the kitchen, she hurried and put my food in a box. Even though I had asked her to cancel my order, and I was NOT paying for it.

She argued with me. Reached across the counter and pushed the boxed food towards me, and told me that I was absolutely not getting a refund.

Aggressive! At that point, she turned to my friend who was next to me, and made some negative comments to her.

She told us to leave, after a big, aggressive heavy sigh.

#bluediamondbarandgrill I'm sorry I have to post this but I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I was in the bar had set my self up to watch the College world series game that was on. I got great service from the day time bar tender. The night shift person who is usually amazing and is normally a great person came in. She cranked up the music and when informed that this group does not normally like loud music was told it's my shift. Other regulars made comments too. Her friend was with her when she came in. I stepped away for a few minutes from my bar stool. When I came back they had moved my drink. They said so this friend could sit next to the guys. They're were 3 chairs on the other side of me. And no one asked if they could move my drink. I finished my drink and asked to cash out. She said that's fine. I gave 0 tip. Which is not like me. At least 20%. She said she didn't care because it was day shift tip. I will replace that. When asked to talk to manager i was refused. I went to another bar so they could let the manager know. I know people have a bad day but don't ever take it out on the patrons. I still think this person is good but damn needs to apologizes for how she treated me. Tina has my number. I'll remove this...

I've gone here quite a bit throughout the past three or so years, nice place to play pool and lotto, nice heated smoking area out front, but about 50% of the time I have problems with service. There's a younger bartender that's always kind and pleasant, but there are two large women in their thirties that always talk to everyone like they are burdened and don't want to be there. Stopped in on my girlfriend's birthday, and after asking to see our ID, one of the plus-sized women told my girlfriend that they don't do birthday shots, and I told her I got a birthday shot offered to me as soon as I had my ID check on my birthday eRlier this year. She then asked to see her ID again, stating it wasn't her birthday (called my gf a liar), and after verification, still said she wouldn't give her a birthday shot!
