Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Salem

Usually great, but not following orders well lately. Part of it has to do with ordering online...we hit save, then go back to edit pizza only to find that it didn't save our previous entries (like no sauce, extra pepperoni, etc), then we check out thinking the rest of it was saved and pick up a pizza with sauce and no extra pepperoni. Did some order testing only to find out website absolutely clears all custom pizza data if even if we hit "save" and then go back and edit the pizza...even price reverts to default. 😔 Autistic son won't eat sauce, so we had to buy another pizza to resolve the atypical website ordering matter of thinking it saved toppings/sauce selection but not. Online ordering - PLEASE fix it to actually save previous pizza chouces even if customer later chooses to edit their order! Aside from that, two times ago.my pizza was missing extra pepperoni, and this last time, light sauce turned out to be extreme sauce near the crust, so I had to toss a large portion of crust/pizza. There's three guys who usually work here that make awesomely great pizzas...haven't seen them last couple of times, tho. ☹️ Ordinarily, I always leave tips, because I've been happy with the pizza and service, but I regret leaving a tip this last time without inspecting everything first. Hopefully, things improve, otherwise, we'll have to prioritize buying Little Caesars, Mod, Papas Pizza, or Papa...

So disappointed with tonight's pizza. Called over the phone to place in order for dine in and asked for pan crust. Showed up and it was on hand tossed. Although the girl asked my husband and I if we wanted a credit for a free pizza next visit or they could remake it. So we asked to have it remade. I didn't know it was going to be that big of a deal or a problem. They brought it back out after they made it only for it not to be made right again. It was supposed to be half pep and half meat lovers. The pepperoni side was cut in very big slices and the meat lovers side was cut in tiny pieces like; Like the pepperoni slices were most the pizza with tiny little meat lovers slices. We felt so disrespected, like don't offer to remake it if you're going to be that upset about it and make it wrong again and not even cut it correctly. Definitely won't be going...

Good pizza, but disappointed often. Breadsticks are often sold out due to meals deals purchasers--plus, the spicy pizza that was favored best by me isn't even available anymore. Majorly disappointed, because it was super spicy and super yummy! Also, would be great if pizza was sprinkled with cheese after toppings are added, so that toppings don't fall off so easily. Toppings falling off with each bite isn't very fun 🤣 Other than those issue, we do appreciate the store being open later like (what used to be the norm for most businesses before this Covid, let's suddenly fear viruses, be afraid, insanity), so that us later-evening patrons can eat decently yummy pizza--thank you! Also, the employees are very friendly, too, even though excuses are made for why breadsticks are unavailable for purchase later at night...but that also boils down to...
