Top Dog Sports Grill — Restaurant in Salem

So driving by Top Dog Sports Bar I thought maybe hot dogs and toppings but it turned out to be more Asian bowls etc. I ordered the Teriyaki bowl and too bad the chef didn't taste the beef before serving it because it was so overcooked it really was inedible. You know when you have to politely use your napkin and spit it out. They served it anyway. First and last time for top dog . I will respond using this forum; We arrived on Friday ~2pm about a dozen customers one waitress about 10 minutes received our drinks. 20 minutes in our food arrived and before waitress left I provided credit card. When waitress returned she noted food mostly not eaten and I said the beef way too chewy and she offered a chicken dish that we assumed was the chicken ginger special she offered when we sat down. I was here over a year ago and we left without paying after of not having our food delivered (or drinks refilled) after an hour. My mother wanted to try it for the first time and I thought we'd give them a second chance since I thought no business could survive with such poor service. My second visit was about the same as my first. It was over 50 minutes from the time of our order (party of three) to the time we received anything food. Additionally, the food wasn't all delivered at the same time. I had to wait an extra ten minutes more than the rest of the party. I saw that they also did this to other tables as well. The food wasn't really worth waiting for. My general tso's rice bowl was bland and the other two guests I was with said their food...

Sitting here at the bar as we speak, fortunately got our drinks and were asked if we could wait to order our food...we had said yes but 20 minutes had passed and we had been sitting here waiting for her to come back, my boyfriend had to go up to the bar where he was treated with "are you finally ready to order?" Uhm the bartender had said she'd be back to get our order...we waited and she wasnt anywhere. If I had known I was supposed to go find her then it'd be different. So far the service is terrible and unprofessional considering the type of establishment. Not to mention the men's bathroom is atrocious. The smell and cleanliness is fowl.
