Peter's Bella Pizza — Restaurant in Salem

OK so upon cruising home with my brother his wife and kids and trying to make a decision on where to eat I pointed out the sign from the street we went down the street a little further to turn around and man were we happy we did. We got a variety of options. Classic cheese pizza,a few steak and cheese subs, a pasta dish, order of cheesy bread sticks, and a sausage and mozzarella omelet sub. So the cheesy bread sticks were amazing the marinara sauce just pairs perfectly. The pasta dish featured ample coverage of sauce and the pasta was cooked spot on and even comes with garlic bread which never hurts. The pizza had the best topping to sauce ratio I have seen in a long time. The crust had an amazing crunchy and doughy pairing that keeps you wanting more. Now comes the classic contender of steak and cheese. They definitely give you plenty of steak with a great cheese saturation that doesn't have you missing it in bites at points in your sub. Last but certainly not least the omelet sub is a perfect juxtaposition of spicy Italian sausage and egg married with mozzarella that I gotta say if your hesitant about trying because it sounds weird, don't be, order one and see for yourself what you have been missing. For a small hole in the wall location attatched to a laundromat and convenience store, honestly I didn't expect much. I was just stopping in because it was close but I was pleasently blown away by how good the pizza here was. It is pretty standard ingredients but flavorful. Loved the cheese to sauce ratio and the crust was a wonderful just crunchy enough texture.

I went here last night on the way home from work. When I called ahead to place my order, the gentleman put me hold but disconnected me instead.
