On the Grind Cafe — Restaurant in Salem

My husband and I usually go to One the Grind Cafe weekly. This morning we ordered from Uber Eats and when the food was delivered, my husband's order was not right. The topping put on his bagel is something he can't have, so he called them to see what options there were.

They told him that they'd drive out another bagel with the correct topping to him, but they never showed up. My husband called again to confirm and the person at the counter said that someone was on their way.

8 hours later, nobody has showed up. My husband missed his breakfast this morning and while that sounds silly in the grand scheme of things, it's frustrating that cafes like this don't care about you unless you're physically there in person.

I am really sad I even have to put this up here. My wife and I were frequent customers. I had an order delivered form Uber Eats and it was wrong. Very Wrong. I cannot have butter, I always order the same thing over and over again. Coconut Bagel with Peanut butter.

I got butter. I called and they assured me that they would deliver me an updated one. They are not far from my house. It had been well over an hour. I called and they said, oh, the manager is coming. That they would call me back. They never did.

This place will screw up and is a pretend to help you but they won't.

They only reason went was for the food. The service was never that good to being with. They always have the, "I am better...

First time ordering takeout! French toast bagel sausage egg & cheese was just as good if not better - dare I say it-than Bagel World’s! Coffee was great-but would like to see creative-made lattes on the menu to choose from!
