Rudy always takes care of his customers to a level I’ve never encountered at any restaurant of any kind. It’s been an absolute blessing to have come across his bistro. The food is always fresh with that homemade feeling. I have never been disappointed. He offers an alternative to the dry menus and restaurants you run into in town. Cozy little deli tucked away in the same building as Encore Glass. The first time you visit you’ll probably wonder if you’re allowed to be there because you have go through the main gate for the glass company. Just follow the signs for the deli and you’ll be fine.

Kind of hidden and a bit hard to find. Totally worth the hunt. Rudy makes the absolute best desserts I’ve ever had. Ive tried many of his main dishes and with each one he out does himself. He is a man who cooks to please and please he does. If you haven’t you owe it to yourself to give him a try.
