He was patient, wanted to make sure we were happy with what we chose, he provided personal attention when needed and time for us to discuss when we need to make decisions. He provided options and suggestions but was never pushy and no add on warranty needed since the furniture has lifetime warranty and Dovetails carries quality wood furniture.
