I do not recommend this place at all. A few years ago I ordered a bedroom set for my son and there were nothing but issues with getting everything delivered. Then this past August I went in again giving them the benefit of the doubt that the mishap with the bedroom set was a one off situation. My husband and I ordered a couch on 8/9/2020 and were told delivery in 4 to 6 weeks. 6 weeks came and we did not have our new couch and we had not been contacted about it either, so my husband called and was told it is on the way but because of Coivd and the fires in Oregon things were delayed. We said ok we understand. We waited another 2 weeks still nothing so my husband again called the store and asked about the couch only to be told. Sorry we actually don't have that model in the warehouse and we sold the floor model to someone else but we were gonna call you and you will get a refund within 7 to 10 days. That was over three weeks ago. My husband has called the store to find out about the refund only to be put on hold with no one returning. Then he called and was given and 800 # to find out what is taking so long with the refund and is getting nowhere with that either. They have almost $1200 dollars of our money and we keep getting jerked around. I will never do business with this...

We had a plan to go to several different stores, testing beds and then most likely going home to make a deacon and come back tomorrow or next week. When we walked into this location we were greeted by Edward who helped us from start to finish. He never made us feel pressured, even walked away when me and my husband wanted to talk about it one on one without us even asking. He tested our alignment on the beds and gave us every option and was so up front with all of the information. I feel like I was able to make an informed decision and something I thought I’d need a couple days to think about, turned into something we went with on the spot. He’s one of the best salesmen of any product I have ever met and not in the bad way. Read moreThis was my first time shopping here. Initially, my salesperson was very friendly, patient, and helpful. Unfortunately, when my bed was finally delivered, it was the wrong bed. It turned out that my salesperson had ordered the wrong bed. When I went back to the store, the same salesperson was there and I asked her what happened with my order and why the wrong bed was ordered. She blamed me, saying I had changed my mind to save a little money! That was not true. The bed I had told her to order was in my budget. Now I have to pay more money for a bed that I had thought I had already ordered and I have to wait 5 more days for it to be delivered. I don't like being blamed for someone else's mistake.
