JUST TERRIBLE š
Normally I don't give places this bad of a review, but this time I had to make an exception. There was no order to this Wendy's at all. People's orders were getting mixed up, there was only 1 person available at the counter, and the manager was not even aware of what was happening. When I first got there I went through the drive thru. I ordered and paid and everything was lovely until I got my food. I realized I had received someone else's order as I was pulling out of the parking lot, so I quickly parked and walked in to let them know. The inside was chaos. There was a family in front of me who had already been waiting 20 minutes and were starting to get angry. I waited an additinal 25 minutes for my turn at the cashier. When I politely told him what happened, he went to the manager to let him know. The manager coldly told him that he was not the sandwich maker amd to go tell them and leave him alone. Firstly, that was so disrespectful and he was just trying to do his job. So he goes to the sandwich maker and let's them know and comes back to the cashier. I waited an additional 15 minutes for the sandwich, only to discover it was made incorrectly. I then ask him if he could make it the proper way and the poor front desk boy didn't even know how the sandwich was made. By this time I am getting a little frustrated as I am hungry and my sandwich was not changed or adjusted at all, it was exactly as described on the menu. Finally after another 15 minutes I finally got everything correctly as ordered. This whole encounter took me an hour, which I feel is just ridiculous for a fast food chain. I don't know if today was just a terrible day, or if this is how they are normally. What I will say is that I am NEVER going back to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had just found out from my wife that the reason she cant visit this establishment any more because a disgruntled employee, named Ladetta, starting cursing and screaming all sorts of obscenities at her in the middle of the dining room infront of guests and other employees as soon as she walked through the doors! This happened not long ago and explains why she came home in tears that faithful. She wouldn't tell me why at the time but told me this evening when I asked her to go to Wendy's for dinner. And of course the manager acted like they didn't know anything but did apologize when I came in for some answers. Even my mother came into this establishment and canceled her order due to the same employee Ladetta who was completely rude to her! She is an old woman and sometimes it takes her a little longer than usual to order food when she visits a fast food establishment. Now if this is the way this establishment treats customers then I assure you that we won't come back here again. I can only imagine what she does...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust recently moved to the grandin area and have frequented the McDonald's on apperson, but this night, I felt like wendys. Ordered a baconator, son of baconator and a large fry. The cashier ran my card, he had the hood of his sweatshirt pulled up over his head, and he never once spoke a word to me. The bag seemed light when I received my food so I checked it thankfully. The baconator only had one patty and definitely didn't have 6 strips of bacon on it, the son of baconator looked like a junior bacon cheeseburger, and the fries looked like the fryer shortening hadn't been changed in a week, mind you, the order was $14. The manager told me I didn't request a double baconator, which I've never had to do before, and the son of baconator is a small burger. I requested a refund, which he did, but he didn't refund the fries for some reason. Never once did he apologize or offer to correct the issue, it was just excuses. So I went across the street...
