I took my almost 20 year old JD 744 Ultimate in for some general service work. This lawn tractor is almost 20 years old and was given to me from my father. However, it looked as if it hasn't been cleaned in all of those 20 years. After a couple weeks in the shop, I go to pick my lawn tractor up and I didn't even recognized it. You can clearly tell that VICE took some time and real care in cleaning up the unit. This 20 year old lawn tractor now looks almost new. GREAT attention to detail. I took my thirty year old mower to VICE after it sat unused for at least ten years. Within a few days, they were refurbishing some parts, adapting others to make them work and they kept me in the loop the entire time. In less than a week they had the mower running and cutting like a sewing machine. The owner, Greg, and the manager, Chris, couldn't have been nicer and they made every effort to keep expenses down for me. I absolutely cannot express enough how fantastic my customer service experience was with this company. I am a new, first time homeowner with tricky landscaping.
