I use to go thru the drive thru there but I consistently got stuck for 20+min. Not everyone wants to have full blown conversations over the intercom while trying to order. So I found that ordering on the app and going inside was much much faster. But today, today was just not a good day. It took 27min from the time i submitted my order to the time he handed me my drink. And I'm not going to pretend to know exactly how starbucks is ran, but let me just say...teamwork goes a long way. You had 2 people making drinks and 6 other people seemingly just standing around doing nothing. And yes, that's exactly how it looked to the customers waiting for their drinks. There were a lot of us. Maybe just maybe if a couple more people helped out with making the drinks it would go faster. And side note, I find it incredibly odd that the drivethru people want to be your best friend and hear your entire life story....but when you walk inside noone even looks up at you...
Read moreLeaving a review so hopefully they can read it. I started my order and was assisted by a girl, she said I had to repeat myself because her headset died. Then I repeat my order and a guy responds. He doesn't let me finish my order and keeps asking me if I need anything else I am trying to order my custom drink and he keeps asking me if I need anything else. Then after getting rushed to finish my first drink order, I order the second drink which is not custom. Then once I receive my drink I take off and down the road I realize they messed up my order. Of course they did because they kept rushing. The second drink is fine but It's very annoying to spend the money on starbucks and be given a drink I will not drink because I will get sick from the fact that they didn't use the correct milk. Read moreWent to this location on 2-10-24 to pickup an online order placed at 2:00 p.m. They were super busy, so I went inside thinking that they should have it ready since it was 2:20 p.m. I made the girl at the counter aware that I had an online order and was told they were backed up but they'd be working on it soon. They were very busy and were working hard, but it took 40 minutes for me to get my order. Then by the time I got it, my drinks were cold. This could have been avoided if the staff and manager on shift actually serviced orders in the order that they received them. Instead they focused on drive-thru orders and neglected online orders and the customers...
