I’m very disappointed. I ate here the other day with my family (total of 4 people). When we arrived, there was a couple in front of us who said they had 6 more guest coming. Which is totally fine. I could care less. The problem is after the hostess came back from giving them a table which was by the restroom, she ask us “for how many people and we said 4” She then said, “it will be a 20 min wait”. I looked around and theres so many table and booths that were empty. Especially on the left side! I’m thinking how can that be? A 20 min wait? For what?? There were 4 to 5 severs at the time. Literally just standing there and talking. We waited for 5 mins and the hostess than gave us a table. We got nachos to share as a appetizer and let me just say that this was most depressing nachos I’ve ever seen in my life! I could have made better nachos at home. Taco Bell even has better nachos. They just put plain chips and a little drizzle of sour cream. A few jalapeños and a splash of cheese. Wasn’t even worth the money we spent. SMH.The food took FOREVER and let me just say that we had our two small kids waiting too. Finally when the food arrived, it was only 2 out of 4 plates that came out . Just mine and my kid. My husband and my oldest had to wait another 20 mins. NO JOkE! By this time we were irritated, and annoyed. When their food came, my husbands fries were cold. How can this be?? Was the server not paying attention to our order? Was she making small talk with her coworkers?? Or was it the cook’s fault? And my daughter’s cheeseburger was plain. No pickles, no ketchup or mustard. Finally when the bill came which that also took forever for the waitress to give us, we paid and was waiting for our change to come back, we’ll she didn’t give my husband his exact change. She just round it up. Why?? If our change was $10.35 we expect to get back $10.35 not $10.00. It may be just 35 cents but it’s not your change. We felt ripped off. We ordered drinks from the bar that was sitting on the counter forever and we decided to go over to get them ourselves as Paola has forgotten them. When we all gotten our food. My cousin asked for ranch. Took at least 15 minutes for Paola to come back with ranch . My cousin started dipping food into the ranch cup just to find out there was a carrot in the bottom of the sauce cup. It was so disgusting. As if Paola took it from someone else table and brought it to us.. not only that we found a strand of red hair in the water cup and it was the waiters hair!! (She has red hair.) We brought it up to her attention and she didn’t say a word. She took the ranch and cup of water and never came back?. Didn’t even apologize.
We asked for our check and a manager. The manager was no help as well. I didn’t get the manager name. She made a sorry excuse why there was a carrot in the cup. Again we never gotten an apology. Instead of her complimentary my cousin meal. The manager only gave him a gift card for 10 bucks that only works for that restaurant.. The manager was a joke with lame excuses.

Get ready for you're day to quickly turn into a bad day if youre having a good day. You can expect very slow service while the restaurant looks 12% running capacity (not busy) while operating at almost 90%. Expect the establishment to be filled with very un-professional people. I usually dont mind paying for BWW but this location is just horrible but the only other location is seaside which is pretty far. We waited 32 min past our due time for a order that was placed to go. Totally unacceptable, they need to fire and rehire everyone at this location with a strong focus on managers with good leadership skills who can train the front on how to be professional as well and what he/she expects from they're workers on certain areas that deal with customers. Maybe find someway to make the customer leave with a smile if thats how the customer came in rather than the atrocious experience they had at BWW today. Which is that i am doing know. From the cooks to the bar to the front of the house which the latter hardly exists is filled with bad vibes that id say are guaranteed.
