Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Salinas

Had to delete my review and write this one. Jack's food is good, but prices around here are already high, and I personally don't appreciate false advertising. At time of writing, I have been charged more than the advertised price (on the menu inside & at drive thru - with replaceable numbers) 4 times in a row. I took a picture this time of my receipt right next to menu price - showing the difference. False advertising is against federal regulations, unfortunately it's not easy to enforce. But it is wrong, and shows MGMT is either shady or incompetent to a degree. When you raise the price in the system, change the advertised price on menu right then. Duh! I'm sure a generic response will come at some point from them with some excuse or whatever, but they should really spend that time brushing up on their business skills - or getting some. I have been a returning customer for multiple of years and every other time I have been a customer I have felt buyer's remorse. After my last purchase on 8-8-14 at about 9:20PM I have decided this business will no longer receive my money. They did not offer a receipt on a credit charge, I was also shorted my order, I was given a large drink with my meal but not offered a straw, and on top of all this I was denied bathroom privileges due to the fact that the business only has one bathroom key.

I will rate this business no stars if I had the option. I recommend for all returning customers that you double check and triple check because the employees along with the manager do not know how to perform their job duties to ensure the satisfaction for their customers.
