I ordered delivery through the Jersey mikes app and didn't receive my food. I did not get to eat on my lunch and had to go around the hospital looking for my food. When I reached out for support they still had me jump through hoops to get a refund. I used up all my breaks to finally receive a refund, but I still did not get a chance to eat.
Laurie Songtag had no customer service support and instead was upset that I had called her after being prompted by restaurant staff. The staff was very helpful and listened to the concerns. Laurie however told me I didn't pay her and that I should buy a sub somewhere else next time. She proceeded to call me again to give me an update on the refund and recommend that I buy from subway and togos. Read moreI’ve visited this location several times over the past year, and while the food has been decent, the customer service has consistently fallen short. On multiple occasions, I’ve observed one employee (I believe her name may be Nacie or Nancy) who has been disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve seen her just recently she was on her phone rather than assisting a customer, and her attitude has come across as rude.
Having worked in the food industry for nearly 19 years, I get the demands of the job, and I’ve seen many employees who go above and beyond to provide great service there. Unfortunately, this has been one of the poorest experiences I’ve had in terms of customer care.

She can't get a order right for the life of her she took the order and still made it wrong .her customer service is horrible her sandwich skills are trash and needless to say I will not give them my business again !!
