Unfortunately, my drive-thru experience in my most recent visit warranted taking my time to have to write this. 10/18/22 at around 8:20pm. Young lady was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. It is truly sad to see a business not properly train their employees in basic respectful customer interactions. We are the ones that do keep your doors open. I can say with certainty say I was cordial and nice. I received back little to no communication throughout the transaction. Passive aggressive with no friendly qualities to mention. I would hope that management would communicate with this young lady and help her understand that if she doesn't want to be there, then maybe she should quit. She needs to understand she is representing your business poorly. At the very least, a simple thank you at the end of a transaction would do wonders. Just handing items to a customer and turning around and saying nothing, expecting the customer to know that everything is accounted for in their bags, is so disappointing. Then getting annoyed that I was still at the window was what got me annoyed enough to write this review. Read moreOne of the most bizarre public bathroom experiences of my life! There was a huge metal stove top pan in the middle of the floor, water everywhere, no toilet paper or seat covers, and the hand dryer was broken. Several employees just standing around doing nothing in the kitchen area, only one other customer in the whole place- it was very confusing why nobody was addressing the flooded bathroom situation! We were too afraid to order any other food except baked potatoes for fear of getting food poisoning. The gal that waited on us was very sweet and friendly, and our baked potatoes were done well. But we went and ate in the car because it was so dirty. Would have gone elsewhere if we had the choice, but we were on a road trip and this was one of very few options. Would not recommend. Without even listening to me, the guy said, “Okay, that will be two Frosties.” I replied, “Hey slow down, I just want one Frosty.” The worker then decided to trash talk me to his buddy calling me bleep bleep expletive expletive for telling him to be a bit more careful with my order. How did I know what he said about me behind my back you might ask? My wife was in the car ahead of me at the window paying for her order. Life lesson: watch what you say because you never know who is watching.
Also, we tried the new Frosty Cookie Sundae. It has potential, but the cookie to chocolate syrup ratio is not nearly what it should be. It’s basically just a huge vanilla Frosty. It actually needs more than drizzle of 🍫 to even be considered in the Sundae category.
