Coming from a local Saline Property Management company , we had to come to UPS Saline store for an emergency printing service needed and unfortunately I had an extremely bad experience. I called previously to my visit with specific questions of cost, size, and type of service (Needing to budget prior to service for billing purposes) and upon arrival - the service workers were initially friendly and helpful. However, things quickly went downhill when they were unable to easily use and understand their own equipment, they couldn't collate my pages and I had to do them myself manually, and the final cost was almost double of what they estimated for my price when done. Stating, that I didn't tell them I wanted color on the phone, which was just not true. Additionally, the wait time was long, but they were busy and it was reasonable - however, after mentioning my shock of the increased price, one of the women argued with me! in front of all these other customers, and she practically told me I was lying, which was not the case. Normally I am very reasonable - but with all these problems and how I am honestly a bit insulted.... we will not be returning to this store, nor would we recommend services to this store, especially with printing needs. Who knew 11x17 color copy prints would be so difficult to have made. I was very disappointed and insulted with the way my service and job was handled in full. NOTE: My anger stems from having to go to our construction site immediately after the print job and collate them myself, on site, in my car- in Michigan winter weather..... frustrating. Read moreI called and spoke to the staff this morning about laminating a snake skin from my kiddos birthday. We arranged a good time to stop by and attempt it. The machine requires a short wait to heat up and we strategized the best way to do it since it was a one shot ordeal. The plastic guide on the laminating machine was a small clearance and our fear was it catching and tearing the snake skin. There was a small vulnerable section that was already tore from when the snake originally shed it.
Ultimately, I decided to take our chances and with 2 staff helping me we slowly were able to feed it through their machine and oh man, IT LOOKS FANTASTIC! I could not be happier and my kid is ecstatic!

Read moreUPS consistently fails to drop off packages at my apartment. I regularly see the “We missed you” stickers from UPS on the outside of the door from mine and other’s orders.
UPS never uses the call box to get buzzed in to the mail room. UPS also decides not to leave it outside the door, where it could be easily brought in. Instead, they leave it at a pickup location like CVS or the UPS store. What’s the point of paying for delivery when I need to go pick it up every time?
I’m leaving a 1 star review because it’s an ongoing problem for all the apartments in the building, not just mine. USPS, Amazon, etc all are able to deliver to us consistently and rarely...
