Got to be one of the Worst for customer service are order was wrong I called back and ask to speak to the manager I explain to her what we order we didn’t receive usually we don’t complain we just go with it but my girlfriend ordered a Philly cheesesteak it look like a two year old made it then when they handed us the bag through the drive-through it all fell apart and all the food went on the floor not a big deal we just dealt with it then I ordered a classic number two instead they gave me a beef and cheddar again not a big deal we figured we would just eat it and be done with it I was calling the manager to explain to her what happened definitely was not looking for a refund The manager on the phone you could hear it in her voice she didn’t even care at all when I asked her do you even care she told me that I was so rude and she was not gonna deal with me and she hung up on me I guess this is what paying...

Ordered my food at 7:50. 8:15 still no food. Back thru drive told them I wanted my money back. There policy no refund said they brought my food out I was gone Drove back around parked again still no food. Went inside again I told them want my money back or my food. She said she was just getting my sauce. So they lied about food already coming to my car. Took food. And of course fries were cold and roast tasted like it was made yesterday. Accuracy is virtually non-existent. Although I don't eat here that often, every time I do there is a mistake in my order. I generally use the drive-thru and because I don't eat my food until I get home it's too late to bother going back through. So I repeat my order several times to make sure the employee is clear on what it is that I want. In the past it has been Cherry turnovers when I ordered apple turnovers.
