Update on 12/22/2016 After sending an email to the owner, they refunded my money, offered a coupon, and apologized. I probably will not use the coupon but I did want to update my post.
RAW FOOD. NO MANAGER. NO POLICY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Just finished eating here for dinner. The food was okay; however, the customer service is beyond poor. I ordered the chicken and steak combo and discovered my steak was undercooked (almost raw) and asked the server what was the policy regarding undercooked food. The server responded with a heavy accent and I could not understand him. I repeated the question and asked him to clarify. He mumbled something and walked off. He did not offer to cook my food or provide an alternative. When I reached the front I made my complaint again to the hostess/cashier and she said there was no policy. After this, I requested a manager who was unavailible and had to be contacted via cell phone by their employees. After another 15 minutes or so the employee told me that her manager offered that they could make me another plate, which I declined, and proceeded to tell me I would have to pay half price for food that I did not want or eat. I began payment then decided against it - she said there was nothing she could do and my card had been charged. The entire process was a nightmare....
Read morePlaced an order online at 12:02 and was told the order would be ready at 12:31. I order two tuna rolls and a philly roll. I went through the drivethrough at 12:12 and asked it is was already ready. They said no and to park and wait....cool. At 12:31 I drove back through the drivethrough and asked again if my order was ready, they said no and to park and wait again. I waited until 12:45 and decided to go inside and check on it in person. One guy is slowly making sushi and another guy just standing there talking to him. The guy at the drivethrough window is taking orders and running out food to people waiting. I understand it is lunch and you guys are busy, but there were plenty of order lined up on a table in front of the sushi station and no one was coming to pick them up. No one talked to me about making my order immediately since I was there and they were late on making my order. So I left at 1, no food in hand. I called at 1:30 and asked if the food was even ready, the guys that answered said "It was ready after you left." I called back a couple minutes later and told him I wouldn't be coming back and I wanted a refund. I won't be coming back ever again. The first thing that I noticed was that the restaurant is very, very dirty. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting filthy. The front windows have dirty finger smears and overall the appearance is rundown. I asked what the Wifi password was and was told that WiFi was “for the front cashier only”... Seriously dude?? Why exactly do your cashier's need WiFi if they are busy working? I could go to McDonald's and get free WiFi and cleaner bathrooms. Besides the initial bad impression their food was average at best. I ordered a glass of wine and was not asked whether or not I wanted another glass until the cheque was slipped on to the table. I ordered tuna tataki which was overcooked and two rolls which I ended up only getting one delivered to the table. Thankfully I was only charged for one roll. Service overall was poor, once we were seated and ordered our drinks were not refreshed and actual service was minimal. Not a place I would spend my money at again or...
