Management and staff each hung up on me for requesting a refund because my pizza was extra dry even though I ordered extra sauce! When I asked if the transaction could be voided since the manager told me that she couldn't issue a refund, she hung up on me! When I called back, another staff member answered. When I proposed using the "store credit" that was "added" to my account by the manager to replace my pizzas using delivery, that staff member told me I couldn't use my credit by ordering over the phone. When I tried to explain that the manager didn't express that I couldn't use the credit if I called my order in (which is how I placed my original order), that staff member hung up on me! Very unprofessional and super bad customer service. Then while I was on hold waiting to be connected back to the store by the call center after being hung up on, I had to listen to the automated message about how Pizza Hut prides themselves on making the perfect pizza and having a great experience! I've never ordered extra sauce and had such a dry pizza! Then add the horrible customer service and I don't see my family even coming back to use our "store credit" if it was actually applied to our account. Read moreI had a pizza and wings delivered, smashed. I didn’t realize it until I decided to have a slice an hour later, and the pizza was literally stuck to the top of the box. I understand waiting to call wasn’t the best decision, however, I didn’t expect to be treated as if I was lying. I didn’t receive an apology nor was a resolution suggested. I was simply asked why I waited and told to call the next day and speak with the GM. I realized that I was dealing with management who was not adequate to do their jobs efficiently, so I waited. I decided to go speak with the GM in person to rectify the situation. Her attitude was terrible as well, as she offered to replace the pizza. I explained that I no longer wanted it and would prefer a refund. She asked for my receipt, which I did not receive, so I explained that I didn’t have it but I had the order # and card that was used as payment so I’m sure she could look it up with that info. Read moreI am BEYOND frustrated and disappointed with this entire experience. I placed an order for the Ultimate Hut Bundle at 10:45, and it didn't arrive until 11:20. First off, the "medium" pizzas looked ridiculously small. Then when my order was handed to me, it was incomplete! The cheese sticks and dipping sauces I paid for were completely missing. To make things worse, the delivery guy practically ran off before I could even say anything, and when I tried to call the number I was given — no answer. I then called the store itself, and the phone rang for over 15 minutes straight with NO ONE answering. Absolutely unacceptable. I paid for a bundle that included cheese sticks, I tipped the driver, and yet I'm sitting here without the food I ordered or the customer service I deserve. This isn't just a small mistake- it's negligence. How can a store ignore calls for that long? How can I pay for something and not receive it? I want this corrected IMMEDIATELY.
