Update November 2022. I'm not sure if they've got a new team or what, but things have been so horrible the last 3 deliveries that I may not reorder. Pizza wasn't cooked all the way through last 3 times, and last night I had 6 pepperoni on my pizza last night and couldn't even see the cheese. On one of them, nor could I feel it. We ordered a white sauce pizza, and I'm not even sure if there was any cheese on it. The red sauce pizza had a few traces of cheese on it, and that's not an exaggeration. I always get good service and fast delivery so I tip 30% to 40% of the Subtotal which is always a minimum of $10, so the drivers have always been good about fast delivery. Last night was the first time I didn't even eat the pizza, it went straight in the trash. If a manager sees this and decides to make things right I'll re order food again, for as long as it continues to come as it's supposed to. If they don't see this, then oh well. I will not be reordering until they reach out.
I kid you not, this is the best Domino's in the country. I've lived all over the US and abroad, and this Domino's is always on point, this Dominos pizza has always been hot, right and cooked to perfection. I've never waited more than 35 minutes for delivery, even on a weekend. They once delivered my order of 5 pizzas in 21 minutes and I don't even know how that's possible, but they did. They've never shorted my toppings or left all the toppings clumped together. Im gonna be honest and say I was sick of Domino's and wasn't likely to order them again after we moved to our new area so I called Pizza Hut and they didn't have a driver so we reluctantly placed a delivery order online at domino's and we've been ordering once or twice a week for 8 months now. The delivery drivers always remember your sauces and stuff to, which is awesome cause your getting what you pay extra for. I always tip pretty good, 30% percent or more. On a 20 order, with tax and delivery fee it only $7 to $8 that your giving them to use their car to save you time and the hastle to get your pizza hot, fast and right. The cool thing is everytime they deliver the driver will always thank you for the tip. That's kind of smart actually, because that makes you feel good about yourself, and feeling good is an emotional response. Who doesn't like to feel good about themselves??? Phycology speaking, if something makes me feel good about myself or like I'm helping someone then I'm going to keep wanting to feel good or valued therefore it makes me always want to tip well or great. It's really smart they do that, that feeling of being valued probably makes me order from them more than I should though. Keep up the good work my local west Innes street Domino's. My customer phone number ends in 0017, my name is Jesse Gunn so this review can be verified by a...
Read moreBEST DOMINOS IVE HAD CONSISTENTLY OUT OF 38 STATES THAT IVE LIVED/TRAVELED TO FOR WORK. PIZZA IS ALWAYS HOT, FAST.
ALTHOUGH I LOVE THIS DOMINOS PIZZA LOCATION, MY PIZZA IS SUB-PAR EVERYTIME A SPECIFIC DRIVER DELIVERS IT. I THINK HE'S PRIMARILY A COOK, BUT OCCASIONALLY MAKES DELIVERIES WHEN NO ONE ELSE IS AVAILABLE. HES DELIVERED IT 5 OR 6 TIMES OUT OF THE 80 TO 100 ORDERS I'VE PLACED TO MY CURRENT ADDRESS IN THE LAST 20 MONTH FROM THIS LOCATION. THIS DRIVER HAS BEEN THERE FOR A WHILE, BECAUSE HE DELIVERED TO MY FORMER ADDRESS. WHEN HES WORKING MY PIZZA NEVER SEEMS TO HAVE THE EXTRA MEAT, OR CHEEZE WHEN I PAY FOR IT. PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS DISWAY YOU, BECAUSE THEIR RARE SUBPAR PIZZA IS BETTER THAN ALL OTHER LOCAL PZZA CHAINS. I ONLY CALL IT SUBPAR WHEN THAT DRIVER WORKS BECAUSE 97.6% OF THE TIME IT EXCEEDS MY EXPECTATIONS, THE SUBPAR IS WHAT MEET MY EXPECTATIONS.
TRANSLATION TO THE ABOVE RANT: THEY EXCEED MY EXPECTATION 97.6% OF THE TIME.
ALSO, DO NOT FORGET TO YOUR DELIVERY DRIVER WELL. I MEAN WELL. YOU PAY 15 TO 30 MINIMUM BETWEEN FEES AND TIP ON DOORDASH OR GRUBHUB, SO YOU SHOULD AT LEAST TIP 35% OR MORE. REMEMBER THEY MAKE ONLY MAKE $3.25 PER HOUR WHEN DELIVERING, AND THEY BEAT THE HECK OUT OF THEIR VEHICLES SO YOU CAN ENJOY PIZZA. A $2 AND $5 TIP DOES NOT COVER THE WEAR AND TEAR AS WELL AS THE GAS THEY PAY FOR. IF THIS DELIVERY DRIVER MAKES 4 DELIVERIES IN 1 HOUR AND EVERYONE TIPS $2. THIS DRIVER WILL MAKE $11.25. HE DRIVES APPROXIMATELY 45 MILES AND CONSIDER THE STANDARD DEDUCTION FOR TAXES IS $0.55 PER MILE FOR NORMAL WEAR, TEAR AND GAS. THE GOVERNMENT CONSIDERZ THE MILAGE DRIVEN IS WORTH $24.75. THERFORE THEY JUST PAID FOR PART OF YOUR DINER AND WORKED FOR...
Read moreThis place always has good quality. It also has very good management. This place is as advertised on television. Which is one of the few places in America that I think is close to the advertising. So many fast food and pizza joints advertise such good looking food on television but don't deliver. Example Taco Bell shows awesome food on television. But when you order their food it is very generic and not as well put together as the pictures on the menu. I've never understood why they don't give you much taco meat my gracious they don't even use real beef from what I've heard. You order a taco there and it is mostly lettuce and cheese. Also when you see McDonald's commercials you see such fresh hot food and they show the quarter pounder to be so huge. When you actually go there to eat a Big Mac or quarter pounder you see mostly bread. And they never fix the sandwiches like they look on the menu. So hats off to Domino's for actually putting plenty of pepperoni and covering the pizza pie with sauce and putting lots of cheese just like on TV. And you can't beat their hand tossed garlic crust. Nothing here is really bad it is all just like...
