Mean Mug Coffee Company - Drive Thru — Restaurant in Salisbury

My wife and I love coming into Mean Mug on the weekends and having coffee together while enjoying the Turkey Bravissimo and the Guats Up. The last few times we have gone in, my wife will order the Guats Up and we can hear the employees complain about having to make it. Which has now been on multiple occasions and even locations. This last time we had gone which was 01/28/24, the employee complained about making the Guats Up and must of not fully prepared the food. My wife BEING pregnant now with food poisoning is making me question whether we go back there and enjoy this food with coffee or find a new place to enjoy our weekends. Mean Mug coffee is really great. Owner, Medina, is always professional and friendly. She offered to give us a "tour" of their coffee roaster room. All coffee beans for their stores is roasted right at the location on Innes St. They import their coffee beans from the farm in Guatemala. I ordered the Guats up and Dirty Chai. It was delicious served hot, had to wait a bit but not too long. (To be expected for quality food/ drink). Their wifi service worked good for me, the environment to me appeared clean and well put together. The customer service was prompt and friendly. I had a few questions prior to placing my order and she was kind and able to give me insight. Parking was not a hassle, plenty of parking. Pricing was reasonable for me. I'd...
