Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Salisbury

Came here on a Thursday night. Ordered two medium pizzas, two toppings each. And a spinach with feta cheese bread. I live down the road so once the order was complete I drove over to pick it up. When I walked in there were two employees making pizzas. They saw me come in but didn't acknowledge my existence for quite some time. Not even a " be right with you". They just kept working. I felt unimportant at all as a customer. Finally after a few minutes, a guy comes over and just looks at me. No words are spoken. I tell him my name and he gets my order then hands it to me. I said thank you and once again. No response. Very weird customer service. I know it's not a good paying job and probably not fun but that's not my fault.

The food was good but the cheese bread was just cheese. It was not the spinach feta that I ordered. Pretty disappointed with that but...

Where to start. You call the store and get a robot on repeat for 30mins while just waiting. Placed an order during low traffic time, for a 2 small items. Took them over a hour to finish prep and another 30min just to get in oven. Been almost two hours probably will be when it shows it ever does. Order was placed at 4:25. 6:30 now. Guess it’s been 2 hours huh. Absolutely trash service and wait times. U can’t call to ask about order or find out more. I had a really bad experience today. I haven't been to Dominos for about a year (love them though) and thought this would be the perfect time to get the family some pizza with the 50% off deal. Ordered two large pizzas online. A few minutes later the tracker went to "prep". Shortly after I got a call from the store saying that they are working on a 25-pizza order and the would not be able to make mine for about an hour and half. I was completely stunned. Do they only make one order (customer) at a time? If its an hour and half wait now, what about the customers ordering after me? I kinda wonder if there is something else going on or does this happen? Can't two customers be worked on at...
