Hardee’s — Restaurant in Salisbury

The service at this Hardees is ALWAYS absolutely terrible. Today I finally had enough that I felt compelled to write this review. Taking 15 minutes to receive food in a drive thru at 9:30 on a Saturday morning is absolutely ridiculous - especially when all I ordered was a bacon/egg/cheese biscuit with hash rounds and a sweet tea (which they gave me unsweetened tea). Perhaps the most basic and common order you could possibly have for breakfast at a Hardees. I was also told to pull forward and wait so they could serve the vehicles in line behind me. The employees couldn’t care less about quality of service and clearly the management isn’t worth a sh!t either. Save yourself some time and eat somewhere else or at the Hardees 5 milea up the road in Delmar. This is a prime example of why minimum wage shouldn’t...

Stopped here for breakfast. They have a fantastic portion of hash browns, and they taste great too (+1 star). Their chicken waffle sandwich is terrible (-1 star) but their french toast sticks made up for it (+1 star). The place is clean (+1 star), but their customer service is abysmal. They take forever to take a single order (-1 star) and their cashier is beyond rude. I asked if I could have ketchup and they stated, "Can't you wait." Overall, it's an "OK" place for decent portions at a decent price, but there are far better places with less hassle and I think paying a little extra to go elsewhere is well worth it. Food is expensive and We deserve top quality every order. Light on the fries, cold fries, crinkle fries? to much salt on the fries. the only place you can order no salt and get cold fries. not receiving the correct condiments if any at all. The wait time at lunch is always excessive and usually not worth it. to bad we cant pay after we see it. Calling customers retarded because they don't order fast enough. menu prices are never what I am charged its usually a couple bucks more. i say i want whats on the menu meaning whatever it says it cost that's what I want to pay. overall I have been going here out of convenience not cause its a good...
