If I could give it 0 stars I would. I usually love coming to this specific Taco Bell location but I will not go back until Jonathan has better customer service manners!!!! I ordered all of my food and checked my bag before leaving the check out line. I was missing two soft tacos and cinnamon twist. After explaining to cashier (before she even opened the window again she huffed and looked aggravated I was there) she just looked at the screen to check my order/silently ignoring me. The employee, Jonathan who took my order asked what I was missing. As I was lifting each item out to show him (I didn’t want him to think I was trying to steal) and explain that I was missing two tacos and cinnamon twist he rolled his eyes, turned to another employee saying that he’s not sure what I’m talking about and he was so aggravated with me and acted like it was a huge inconvenience that I was telling him I was missing two soft tacos and cinnamon twist. The other two employees also were just staring at me and not taking me seriously. I told him, “if you’re okay with me leaving without my full meal I will” he looked at me and said, “have a good night!”. Jonathan or Jonathan’s manager, id you’re reading this- all it took was for you to smile and get the two soft tacos and cinnamon twist that I PAID for. Sadly, this Taco Bell was the only one with good customer service until Jonathan took my order and the two other employees did nothing to fix my order. Will not be back!

Whoever does their ordering is missing some brain cells. Every time we come here they’re out of something. I pay for large drinks and they give me mediums because they’re always out of large cups, so I make them give me 2 smalls as well. They won’t even say anything, just give me the wrong stuff. I’ve been going out of my way because this is the only location that does breakfast anymore. Why they picked the most incompetent location, I have no idea. I ordered 2 bfast crunchwraps, one with a side of hash brown . They decided since they were out of hashbrowns to just not say anything. Not only did I not get my side but there wasn’t any inside the crunchwraps. They will also replace ingredients in the food without even telling you which should be illegal because what if someone is allergic. Today they put nacho cheese inside my Crunchwrap. So no hashbrown and nacho cheese? It wasn’t even remotely the same. It was virtually empty. Why serve it at all? Management doesn’t care, hell the guy that always serves me is high. Save your money and go elsewhere. It’s not worth it.

He works hard for his money and we shouldn't have had burnt food for as long as he had waited for it. Mind you my husband has been in food industry on and off for years so he knows how to cook and how it should be given to customers. Overall really upset with the whole experience and won't be returning to this location again.

My husband went to this location, the guy at drive thru was really rude and cocky. He made my husband sit there while he asked three separate times at speaker about 8 minutes or longer. Then he comes home with our food and it was burnt our two chicken & cheese quesadillas and the crunch wrap Supreme was burnt and barley had any meat or anything til end of it. I was upset with the quality of the food for the price. My husband was really mad about the service & lack of care making our food. He works hard for his money and we shouldn't have had burnt food for as long as he had waited for it. Mind you my husband has been in food industry on and off for years so he knows how to cook and how it should be given to customers. Overall really upset with the whole experience and won't be returning to this location again.

Okay, you guys were doing good, but one cashier having a bad day can change everything. The manager is very polite, the entire staff is polite, but I had an experience with an annoyed cashier that affected me negatively, and thus prompting me to edit my review. Side note: If a customer is trying to explain that they don't want any dairy product on their food, and goes on to express that one time they ordered a vegan meal but had something green with dairy in it placed on their food; they are talking about the Avocado Ranch Sauce. I didn't know what to call it at the time and was seeking help thinking you would know since you work there at the store and take orders regularly. It was no reason to become annoyed because I didn't know what to call it. I was simply asking for help to ensure that I wouldn't have to consume dairy from Taco Bell...again. But the manager was great, very polite and professional and was able to rectify my situation by informing me of the name of the product that I was trying desperately to avoid. Thank you for that, and my review in no way reflects on the manager or the cooks. Just the one cashier that was having a bad day, because she is usually very polite and helpful. Not sure what happened today. But a customer should be able to ask a question without causing you to express annoyance. Lastly, the only reason I have to walk through and express the details of my order the way that I do, is because If I do not, I will end up with meat or dairy (cheese, sour cream, avocado ranch sauce) or the like on my meal as I have experienced from both locations in Salisbury before. I apologize if this is inconvenient to anyone, but what can I do? I'm simply trying to...
