Teatastic — Restaurant in Salisbury

Teatastic is truly a hidden gem!  This quaint little shop offers amazing customer service that goes above and beyond. While I was out of town for work, my 8-year-old daughter earned a DoorDash treat, and she was so excited to get Teatastic. Sadly, we discovered that DoorDash didn’t deliver from Teatastic. @DoorDash, what's up with that?  I promised her a visit when I returned.  That night, we rushed over after dance class. We arrived at 7:05, just after closing, and the doors were locked. My daughter looked at me, disappointed and teary-eyed, and I knelt to hug her. Then, to our surprise, a kind young woman opened the door and invited us in for a drink! Her warmth and generosity absolutely made my daughter’s day and reminded me of the wonderful sense of community here.

Since that experience, we’ve returned multiple times, including during the Halloween Fall Festival, where we enjoyed a fun Witches Brew drink. The staff is consistently fantastic, the shop is spotless, and the drinks are simply delicious.

Teatastic has quickly become one of our favorite spots off Main, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and fantastic tea drinks.

I've tried boba spots all over the country, and Teatastic is easily one of the best! I recently ordered the Banana Matcha and a special Ube/Matcha "Twist" (which wasn't on the menu, but the staff was kind enough to make it for me—much appreciated!). One of the things I love most about this shop is the ability to customize your drink to your taste—whether it's the ice level, sweetness level, or even your milk preference. I personally prefer half ice and less sweetness, and I also enjoy any drinks with milk, so it's awesome to have those options. Great quality, friendly service, and a perfect boba spot all around! The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the overall vibe of the place makes you want to keep coming back. Highly recommend if you're in the area and love quality...

The atmosphere is so relaxing; the seats are cozy, the music is great, and the design is beautifully modern. I absolutely love the boba flavors, the menu and the texture of the tapioca balls is perfect! Unlike some other places where it's super chewy, too small or too hard. The ladies running the shop are always so sweet and helpful. Best boba shop ever! 🫶💕
