Good for a quick stop anytime of the day..... Nice to have a 24 hour Arby's close to home usually always on point just always check your food if you get a special order hate getting home and having to go all the way back just to fix your stuff............. Just Wanted to update my review because this last visit I had was my very LAST I've never seen such a Joke in managment in my entire life it starts with my wife ordering a beef and cheddar on a regular bun because she is allergic to oninons I order mine with extra red ranch as I always do because i love that stuff.....so when our food came everything i ordered was right my wife not so much her sandwich was drenched in red ranch and her regular bun was so toasted it crumbled in her hand..also there was a squirt of cheese little to none that is sandwich number 1 so she goes back and politely asks for a remake..........sandwich number 2 comes out on an onion bun and no cheese once again my wife is allergic so she has to go back one more time...and at this point is starting to get a little upset as anybody would so we wait another ten minutes for sandwich number three (pictured) completly fell apart as soon as she picked it up meanwhile I've already finished my food just trying to have a quick lunch with my wife....at this point she is sick of waiting so obviously asks for the manager after getting in a shouting match with the shift lead she asks for the higher up cue man in the purple shirt (pictured) which I might say does not WORK for the arbys he is the manager on duty for Loves the truck stop in which arbys is located......this dude proceeds to belittle my Wife and pretty much tell her the sandwich is edible and just eat it.......and obviously at this point my wife is raising her voice because if you cant get a sandwich right the third time what's the point ? so basically dude says he"ll get us a refund for the sandwich........i understand this is a truck stop but this is some of the worst customer service i've ever had i've never been so disrespected in my entire life and it wasn't even my sandwich but that's my update from a three star to a zero if i could if you special order anything check it before you go anywhere.............that's my vent thank you...
Read moreAll right so it all began when the lady who took my order was super kind. Then all the sudden people started piling in. She looked as though she was a deer in the headlights. So once my order was ready I kindly asked for some Arby's sauce to go. She proceeded to grab a bunch of Arby's sauce and threw them at me on the counter. Then I asked her for a cup holder and she proceeded to say they are right there and grab them and slam them in front of me. My wife and I ended up spending 38 bucks for our meal for the evening which consisted of four sandwiches and two combined and cheddar. As I was walking to vehicle the bag they put the food in ripped and the food fell onto the ground. I picked up the sandwiches but fries were not salvageable. I did not to go back on to be treated like that so I just went home with the sandwiches and two drinks. Holy cow people. I know you're just off the freeway and cater to truckers but please you need to lower your prices. Also this might be a learning opportunity for the person who handled the situation for me. I will not be back to your restaurant and I will spread the word amongst my peeps. I live just down the street just moved here and thought it'd be nice to have Arby's but I guess not......... Not in my cards. Caulked up to a bad experience. Oh ya and their phone number is not in service as well. Hmmm how convenient.
Update: I was directed to their website to file a review and have not responded . It's not just this restaurant. It's a culture thing. A mentality that fosters non proactive approaches. Until they take ownership and provide.additional training to their employees. They are the face of their company. It truly is a shame that all of this is happening while corporate continues to wipe these issues...
