I stopped by the Airport location. Asked for sausage and Waffle. The waffles story of smells on the wall are fake. They actually pre-make the waffles who knows how many days before. They actually pull them out of a cold cooler then REHEAT the waffle. So any freshness, smells of the supposed famous Belgium waffle, is long gone in a cooler days before when they actually made the waffles The large sausage was deep fried and so burnt. She left it in fryer way too long helping others maybe? Anyhow. Skin was black and inside of sausage was dry and oil dripping everywhere. The most horrible $12 breakfast of my life. And I am past 50 yrs old. That is saying a lot. This REHEAT business is a flop and DONT RECOMMEND you wasting your money. I've had much better eating cheap frozen Leggo's waffles. That is what this is. Cold reheat and burnt sausage. The only tasty part was the Syrup that was pre packaged brands. If you ever eat in Belgium they make their own mix, bake it fresh and DONT USE 'smucker's' brand cheap syrup. They make their own too. Bottom line... $3 dollar breakfast that I paid $12. Better off stopping at grocery store and go to frozen section and pick up a box of sausage links and Leggo's. It would taste so much better.

Pros and cons of this place. Starting off with the pros, I got the Belgian style fries and they were cooked to absolute perfection. If you don't care about price and are just looking for good food, I would recommend this place. Me personally, I like a balance between price and taste plus quality. The price point was kind of high, and the dipping sauce was expensive for the amount you get. Any additional sauce, including ketchup, is an extra dollar. Definitely a rip off in my opinion. Also, the presentation was in a clamshell, not wrapped like on the menu board and like they do in Belgium, so it didn't look very authentic. Like I said though, if you don't care about price and you just want food tasting food, definitely would recommend.

I was disappointed in my "Rhapsody" waffle. The waffle portion was very small--it did have a huge dollop of creme fraiche. In addition to the disappointing portion size ($10.88 including tax) it was fine, but not delicious. After ordering, I realized they had no seating. I assumed there must be some sort of communal airport food court seating nearby, but if so, I didn't find it. They packaged the plastic silverware and napkin inside the container with the food. Because of that it had chocolate sauce on it and I couldn't get to the napkin without getting messier. Since I was eating this in my lap on the regular airport seating, that was less than ideal.

I was at the airport in Salt Lake City heading back home and I went to this store located in the Salt Lake City airport. Using the self-ordering station, I placed an order for coffee, for which I paid $2.99. I noted that there were two employees in the store, none of which was at the register, so ordering and paying at the register did not appear to be an option. The person ahead of me ordered a waffle, which the store employee prepared as I waited. After finishing the order for the customer, the store employee, a young female, looked at me and asked what I was waiting for. I showed her my receipt and she poured my coffee. I asked her for milk and Splenda. She added Splenda to the coffee and said that they had no milk. I then asked for sweetener, or anything that I could add to my coffee, as I do not drink black coffee. She proceeded to state that they had not received their shipment and they had nothing I could add to my coffee. I told her that I did not drink black coffee and waited for her response. She simply repeated that they had not received their shipment. I had to walk away as there was nothing I could do. I turned back for a moment to ask if there was another business where I could purchase my coffee and as I turned to her I noticed that she made an angry gesture. This was an awful experience for me. Though $2.99 is not a lot of money to lose, the experience was a...

Stood at the register for a long while without being assisted. When we finally were, my mom ordered a burger and frites and I ordered chicken tenders and frites. They dropped fries but not enough for both orders. They had no hustle at all. They also had no pennies so they couldn’t give accurate cash. My flight came in late from being delayed. I had 20min to get something to eat before my next flight boarded. No one was in the line so felt it was a safe choice. I had to walk away with the burger meal and only chicken for my other meal because at this point my flight was now boarding. When I asked to just be refunded she told me conveniently that it would take 15min to call her manager and get approval when she knew my time sensitive situation. The icing was when both her and the young kid smirked at each other. If you are heading to SLC Airport, avoid this...
