REVIEW: The coffee shop lacks a cohesive theme, which makes it feel somewhat generic. While the decor could use a distinctive touch to enhance the atmosphere, the playlist was a highlight and created a pleasant backdrop. The peanut butter protein balls were enjoyable, and the iced chai latte was particularly memorable and really creamy. The lemon scone was a delightful standout as well.

What truly impressed me was the pricing—everything was incredibly affordable, offering great value for the quality. The reasonable prices make this spot an excellent choice for anyone looking to enjoy a tasty treat without breaking the bank. Truly disappointed by the staff. Was refused service at 6:46 pm on Thursday because the closer said they have turned off and cleaned their espresso machine… as if he was incapable of turning the machine back on and re-cleaning it… I understand wanting to leave a shift early but this is unacceptable when the store closes at 7 PM. At least lock the doors or turn off the open sign if you’re trying to leave early. Come on!

I asked if he would make me a mocha after he said they could not make me hot drink due to the machine being off and he said “no” and that was all. Very rude. Very ridiculous.

Maybe hours need to be changed or staff needs to be retrained. Overall, would not recommend.

Update: the manager did reach out to me to make this right so I know management at least cares! I definitely will be...

I’ve been to Crema quite a few times, used to love coming here. The last few times were not so good, and my experience today makes me never want to return. My boyfriend and I ordered our coffee in the drive thru and it took roughly 15-20 minutes to receive our order. I ordered an Irish Creme coffee with oat milk (Irish Cream, White Mocha, espresso) and added a shot of toffee flavoring on top. I received a cup of hot oat milk. I tried stirring the coffee and having multiple people taste it to confirm. I should have been able to taste at least 1 other flavor, otherwise I could have summed it up to bad product. This makes me so sad because I’ve had great coffee from here before, but recently it seems the quality continues to go down every time I give it...
