The good: food was ready when promised, was well made, and baked perfectly. Honestly one of the better Domino's pizzas I’ve had.
The bad: a person (I assuming the owner), called and yelled at me. My pizza was promised 7:48-7:58, I checked around 7:50, and the tracker was still at bake. I had one other thing to do, so I did that first and pulled up to the store at 8:10. As I was pulling into the parking I received a call. The person on the other end abruptly said they were from Domino’s, and before I could say I had just arrived, he roughly told me my pizza was ready, they were closed and would been leaving in 10 minutes. This was news to me, as Domino's website says carside delivery is open until 9, and the store is open until 10, and Google shows this location open until 1AM. (And that the business confirmed those hours 3 weeks ago.)
This is not the first time I’ve had issues with the hours at this location and by the reviews on Google this seems to be a pretty common problem. If this was a one time issue, I might assume it was an emergency. However, the fact that this person yelled at me and essentially threatened to just leave if I didn’t arrive soon and knowing that this store is often closed during business hours makes it more frustrating.

I got a 75 dollar order and when it showed up my lava cake looked like someone smashed a box, and they refused to give icing when we have gotten icing with it every single time. Also don't order add ons the "boss" there told me they are "weighing out their toppings because her bosses boss" is coming in tonight. And the banana peppers are the "heaviest topping" so you gave me 5 of them. And when I asked to speak to someone who can fix this she told me she refuses to help me and then hung up. So I guess I'll go to another location that understands customer service because being as such that manages a store of another business this was ridiculous and to say the least the worst customer service I have EVER in my entire life received. Why are there people in this world who refuse to take accountability or ownership and fix an issue when I paid over 70 dollars. Oh and here are pictures to prove this atrocity along with the store number #7591 and a manager who is super rude and wants to blame everybody else for her terrible service not to mention I gave them another try after last time ordering through them I paid and never even got my order at all I'm done with dominoes and the girl at this location deserves to be fired or demoted I understand if a customer is swearing at you and calling you names to hang up on them but I addressed the issue and was pretty much told to get lost. Read moreEdit May 16th 2021: Changed to two stars, constantly very late delivery times, order inaccuracies over the last year (really employees fails, but I'm usually to tired and hungry to make a review at those times) and I still really like this place, but corporate needs to help this store more and not short change managers on scheduling employees that want to work. I understand a budget, but this is corporates fault, not a manager or another employee who has to just follow the rules of budget.
I also have no way to post this as a question. But are you open, Google shows only can do pick up from 10:00 pm to 12:00 AM? Also I'm afraid of calling in and sitting on hold for an hour or more. Please update your hours again or answer why those are the listed pick up times. I will greatly appreciate a response and change my review.
