Let me start out by stating I know I'm not 100% in the right, however.. Quite a few times I've ordered online as I would leave work and on more than one occasion would arrive to pick up my order after business hours and just about every time the staff here is amazing and would unlock the door and get me my food my appreciation has always shown through tip and getting out of their hair as quickly as possible. I've worked in the service industry and everyone else who has done so know these people that show up at the last second (in this case, I'm 'these people') who should have planned better and can get bent, that being said most the late night staff here know me and understand each other. However tonight 4 staff members I've never seen before blatantly ignored me as I lightly knocked on the window, another returning from delivery wouldn't look at me either when I attempted to ask for his help and b- lined it towards an employee door.. at this point I'd typically get the hint and leave however the order my pregnant wife had made and paid for was on the warming racks in plain sight, two sat at the counter while one was working on the floor so in one last hailmarry attempt I knocked on the window with cash pressed against the glass that would have matched a couple hours of work for each of them.. one made eye contact, broke that contact by rolling his momentarily walked in the back. At this point the sprinklers turned on where I was standing.. something inside must have been equally as funny as the employee returned from the back laughing hysterically at something.. like I said I got there after business hours, I've never enjoyed people that have done the same to me. I put a lot of weight behind respective nature, business setting or not. "Sorry man, we're closed" "no that's not your order"or"sorry can't release this order at this point" this is what I would have done in this situation.. and I'm not saying they turned the sprinklers on intentionally, I honestly think that was coincidental but the one time any of them made eye contact was met with laughter and not so much as the finger to tell me to leave.. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. It's too bad they are conveniently close and my wife likes their food. Two stars for service one star to represent 5 stars to the staff here that typically help me and honestly some of the coolest acquaintances of mine. Another star to represent I wish I could give none to the better aged class acts I met intonight. I hope they spent the two minutes I would have robbed them of well; eating my wife's pizza we paid for, dinner is...
Read moreI ordered a pizza, as you do, and I went to the store to pick it up. The store was empty (did you know they have tables and chairs?!), but it was very clean. Someone greeted me as soon as I walked in. They have those fancy touchscreens that you use to ring yourself up, and as I was swiping my credit card, one of the employees came up to make sure I was good, and he said my order would be right out. I only waited a few minutes (I had arrived early because, well, pizza), but as I waited I watched the crew behind the counter.
This is where I saw the magic. The kitchen was staffed by no fewer than 12 people (I didn't count, but it was a lot), and the manager was actively involved in the cooking process. I could hear him encouraging a younger staff member, asking him if he knew how to use X piece of equipment "As soon as you're done over there, I'm going to coach you on this machine. I want to make sure you understand how to use it." I
can appreciate a well-run kitchen, and it was uplifting to see the manager genuinely caring for his employees and the store. Everyone else was busy, working hard. I've worked in food service, and it's fairly obvious when a kitchen is being run well, and when it's not. It was uplifting to see this simple gesture of care coming from a manager to his employees. Sure, "it's just dominos" - yes, this isn't the French Laundry, but the staff's work ethic was noteworthy.
I left without saying a word, but I wish I had talked to the manager. This is the best I can do. You guys were doing a great job, and the pizza...

I’ve now been forced to use this new location twice whereas we used to use rose park.
First try: we watched the tracker and everything appeared fine. An hour after it was supposedly out for delivery we try to call. NO ONE ANSWERES THE PHONE! Now it says it’s been delivered. I stayed on the phone for 25min until the delivery guy showed up then gave up. He had no comments. Pizza was cold and cheese bread was burnt.
Now try two: the Pizza claimed it’s been our for delivery for 45 min.no Pizza... I notice our address is one number off. I call, 15 min later they answer and say they’ll call the driver and get it handled. I assure them it’s just in the other side of the tiny street and that I’ve been watching out the window. But they say it’ll probably take longer since they have to redirect them.... it is across the street. 10 more minutes later the driver does show up. She’s super pleasant... but the pizza is now ice cold and there are patches with no cheese... when I asked for extra cheese... I’m just confused..
This is insane!?! Since I can’t order from the old place I’m just going to have to switch to Pizza Hut on sundays and citicreek on weekdays. Rose park dominos won’t deliver anymore since it is no longer their zone, even though this store closes hours earlier on weekdays!!
