Store needs new management! I am a general manager of a restaurant so I know what's up. This location is poorly ran. Second complaint here. Will not return to this location. First time a few months back I ordered chicken and they gave me some nasty old dry and burned chicken that should have gone no where but the garbage. This time I ordered 2 DOUBLE bacon burgers and a LARGE fry and a kid meal. When I got home my order was disappointing at the least. I got 2 SINGLE burgers and a SMALL fry. And the lettuce was so nasty. Old and dark dark green. I don't think it's being properly refrigerated. Not what I paid for. And my daughters Burger had WAY TO MUCH sauce on it. I called the manager and requested my order be replaced correctly and fresh. I was not rude. I was calm and respectful. I told her about the lettuce and suggested they remove it from their food line. When I went back to get my fixed order, about an hour later. I asked for no lettuce. They ran a bag out to me. I knew immediately that the manager made my food right after the complaint call? Why? You don't know how long it was going to take me to get there. My complaint about my order was not only wrong food but unfresh food. She should have waited for me to get there to begin my order replacement. And guess what? The fixed order had the same nasty ass old lettuce on it. I hope the district manager or owner reads this. You need new management. I didn't get the managers name but she worked the night shift at 9pm on Sunday September 17th. Avoid this location until they get a new manager that care about their guest...

Food poisoning. I shouldn't have eaten the chicken because the normally crunchy fried skin looked pale and gooey. I just ripped the skin off and now I regret being a nice guy who didn't complain about it.
The mountain dew tap was leaking nasty hairy goo into my cup so I got Pepsi instead.
The walls, tables, doors, and trash cans look like they have never been cleaned.
One of the employees was complaining about customers to her sister (or friend?) For 30 seconds before helping me.
Mashed potatoes had too much gravy (okay this ones petty)
That was all today. I'm writing this review on the toilet.
They also never ask what sauce you want with your popcorn chicken.
At least they finally got rid of the dumb girl who would always gossip, chew gum obnoxiously loud, and mess up EVERY SINGLE ORDER (probably 5-6 times overall) we learned her voice and wouldn't even leave the drive through until we checked the bag if she helped us.
I love KFC but I honestly think they should shut down this store and fire everyone (okay, there is one professional employee I've seen, probably the manager). I'm pretty sure they would fail a food safety walk through in case any FDA employees on here want to go...

Cons Repeatedly leaves you without your whole order. At this visit I had a receipt from my last visit a few days ago in which they didn't give me the complete order. I let them know that part of my order was missing the last time I came. It was just mashed potatoes and gravy but it happens so often I decided I needed to say something this time. The manager comes to the window and looks at me and says, "Did you call?." I was not impressed by her lack of social skills. There was no I am so sorry, just a tilted head with (an assumed) I hate my job look. I let her know that I did not call but I have my receipt. She did not say one word just turned around and walked away. They did replace the item that was missing from the previous order. I was hoping the manager did not spit in it. The interesting part of the story is that when I received my order I decided that before pulling away I should double check... Guess what my fries were missing.
