Stopped here before my outbound flight back home. Line was kinda long, but got through it. I ended up getting a bigger plate (thinking I could use my rewards on the app, you’d think they would accept it,..nope). I got half noodles and rice, which wasn’t very large portion amounts. I also got teriyaki chicken (good but seemed like more fat on my pieces than actual chicken, so essentially I felt like she could given me more), honey sesame chicken (which was actually the best of everything), and I specifically asked for fresh orange chicken (bc only a bit of old was left). I get to the Caucasian female cashier, she states they don’t take rewards points bc they’re privately owned, okay, so I pay. I step to the side to wait for my fresh orange chicken side. It’s now taken some time and the line has seemingly gotten longer. The cashier hands me my side, the temperature on the box doesn’t feel right, and so I check it, it’s the old orange chicken, and I’m like really? I tell the cashier, I asked for fresh orange chicken, that’s why I’m waiting. She didn’t even apologize and proceeds to back up the line worker by saying, “oh, she didn’t know.” .. Okay, the same line worker that was looking me dead in my eyes and kinda weirdly as she’s adding my teriyaki chicken and other food to my plate. I give the old orange back chicken back, cashier throws it away. I’m waiting more (and kinda getting impatient bc now I’m thinking about the rest of my food slowly getting colder). So I look up and the fresh orange chicken is being added,…I’m seeing other people’s trays that are in line After me getting fresh orange chicken. Here’s the kicker, a Caucasian male who’s an airport worker is at the register,.. the cashier actually takes it upon herself to walk over with his plate and adds fresh orange chicken 🤯…pretty perplexing, and she proceeds to check him out. She then grabs the orange chicken side from the line worker and hands to me. No apologies for the wait, for basically serving others when I’ve Already paid and was waiting on the rest of my order, with my food getting colder. Didn’t even get a fortune cookie. Well, I lied, there’s another kicker, I go to sit down and eat. This Caucasian mother and her adolescent daughter sit next to me. I glanced at the adolescent girl’s plate, I promise she had 3-4x the amount of fried rice and orange chicken than my plate. I’m thinking, really?! Just a terrible experience and I didn’t even have to spend my money there. As I was walking to my gate, I almost kicked myself bc I saw a Panera! Would have much rather tried them out.
Overall, I would highly NOT recommend frequenting this restaurant location. Customer service and the inconsistency is not even sub par. Plenty of other eating options to...
Read moreExtremely rude customer service. Ordered online and watched as they helped every single person in line first. Multiple online order customers came up asking about their order, the representative was extremely rude and just about ignored them. She said they were in the middle of a shift change, which is understandable but is it really that hard to mix in the online with the people in line? It’s not rocket science. After watching 3 people go up I decided to patiently wait, still nothing. Finally I stood in line with everyone else, when I finally got to the front they said my order has been ready for a while. I asked why they never called out my name or had it sitting next to the “online order” she replied well how am I suppose to know if you’re here or not. Well, first of all, I’ve been there the entire time, I didn’t want to go up and ask since they seemed bothered every single time someone did just that. Secondly, you could call the freaking name and then you would know they’re there. Crazy concept. Also, the portion sizes are extremely small, I feel like I...
Read moreWas super tired from the flight when i thought i want some food to get before my connecting flight arrives. The wait was pretty quick despite having a line which was nice and was greeted by an amicable employee. However, i noticed the rice and noodles were visibly not cooked right but I had better chance with the rice from the looks of it so i grabbed that with my orange chicken and headed my way… 30min later i ate a spoonful of rice when I heard a crack. The rice is fully uncooked! It was literally fried straight away, i don’t know if they even realize they are suppose to cook the rice separately first before making in into fried rice. Seriously wasted my $$$ on this! I had to get a different food.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! or if you really want please ask to taste test the sides first...
