I have been to this location multiple times this week and it has been closed between 15-45 minutes early each time. Tonight I pulled up to the drive thru & was told they were closing early bc they were short staffed, then I had to sit in the drive thru behind 3 cars that all got their orders, the car in front of me just ordered! then they locked the window as I pulled up and everyone hid from me. I was there well before closing, this is extremely frustrating.

What can I say about Starbucks, there's nothing more to that is just a chain coffee. But it's so creative on how they added a drive-through going under Quattro Apartments. I thought that was so cool as the inside has that modern style. Staff are always friendly. Parking is limited here and sometimes when there's a long line on the drive through it sucks to get out.

I just wanted a quick cup of coffee, and something to eat.... Upon getting there, there were two homeless people near the front of the door, asking for money. When you got inside, you could see that the restrooms required keys/codes to get in. All in all, the experience was great, but I'm a little hesitant to visit this location

I went to this store on December 10th at 6:38 PM. We ordered a peppermint white mocha, the lady repeated the order back to us. We came to the window and the lady started handing us the other 3 drinks in our order. I asked for a drink carrier and she said they don't have any. To confirm, I replied back "you guys don't have any drink carriers". She replied back that they did not have the four drink carriers and only had two drink carriers. I asked this red-headed lady for two. She turned around and handed us one drink carrier. At this point, I told my friend we could put two drinks in the center console and put the other two in the drinks carrier. The lady handed us the final drink which was supposed to be the peppermint white mocha. My friend told me it was the wrong order. I asked the lady if it was the peppermint white mocha to which she replied "no, we don't have peppermint". Again, I asked to clarify, "you guys don't have any peppermint flavor?" She replied back saying that this location did not carry peppermint. My friend also asked for her drink iced, which the lady handed to us hot. My friend asked if she could get the drink iced. The lady looked at my friend and said "well there's a reason that I repeated your order back to you saying if the drinks were hot or cold." The lady did repeat the drinks but did not state if they were hot or cold. We again asked could we get it with ice. She aggressively took the drink from my hand and remade the drink. She came back to collect the payment stating the amount owed and attempting to hand us the drink. My friend asked if she could get some caramel on top. The lady looked at us and said "I'm so sorry but if you want caramel you should have ordered the flavor at the menu". My friend told her that we did order a flavor at the window but they didn't have it. The lady turned around and put caramel in the drink and handed us back the drink. She looked at us and said "you still owe money for the second order". I was very upset with her demeanor towards me and my friend. My friend has a heavy accent and if the lady needed extra clarification she should have asked. She was very impatient and inconsiderate. This has been one of the worst interactions I have had with a customer service representative. I have worked in the service industry for many years and tolerate more than the average Joe when it comes to service workers. I understand the stress behind the scenes that can sometimes be happening, although you can tell when someone is still trying. I felt like this lady had no pride in her work or in her presentation. This was very disappointing to me because Starbucks has done a lot of work to commit to an inclusive environment. I have come to respect Starbuck business model from how they treat employees to how they treat customers. This lady did not represent any of the values or commitments that I have come to know from Starbucks. I will not be going back to this store again. I would rather walk into the Smith's down the street and order a drink in their Starbucks than support this location again. I hope that remediation can be made at this location to improve the quality for...

Not once have I not received anything other than EXTRAORDINARY service. I go to that store almost on a daily basis. All the baristas are incredibly friendly, courteous, and empathetic. Whenever I ran into any issues with rewards, promos, they would be super helpful. There was one time they even refunded me for ordering the wrong item in a promo, so they could help me succeed at whatever star game I was playing then.

Big shout-out to Lucy, Maddy, Zak, Matt, Dave, Heather, Fiona, Ashley, Kat... those are the ones I see the most, but whenever I've been serviced the rest of the staff (Kaycee, Alex, Madii, Kenny, Amanda, Meghan, Max, Ron and Omar) I've always had an excellent experience as well.

The store is always clean, the bathrooms are always in good shape, I've noticed the employees are extremely punctual both at the start of the day and at the end of the day (like I said... I go there a lot.. .and at very odd times too haha).

I don't know who the leaders are there, but they're doing an excellent job. Everything is always beautifully set up on display. I only wish they had salads at that location - I'd have lunch there a lot more often. They're also out of protein powder.

Once again, thank you for providing an amazing space for everything from dates to a perfect setting to get college assignments and freelance projects done.

Have...

Mixed review here, I just bought whole bean coffee here. As we have just moved back to SLC I needed some coffee to brew at home. This Starbucks is in easy walking distance from the apartment. Looks very new and clean. I chose to buy their holiday brew as it had a sign saying buy one/get one free. As I go to pay for it, i notice the same bags tagged and on display on the counter for $10.77. They ring up my order and it comes to $14.95. I ask how is this possible as they are tagged $10.77. The gal behind the counter tells me that when they are BOGO they charge full price. I responded that they are tagged $10.77. She speaks with a manager(?) who angrily comes around the counter and starts ripping the tags off. The managerial looking guy doesn't speak a word to her or to me. He just pulls the tags off. She looks at me and says "Sorry". I said to her "At least honor the price with me standing right here. So she did reduce the price to the tagged price of $10.77......I appreciate what she did. However, if the bug guy is a manager, he could use some training on customer interaction. Because of his attitude I doubt I will return to this location......Sad, my wife and I drink a lot...
