Ordered a sugar cookie almond milk Frappuccino and 30 minutes went by and no one said my name or put my drink on the counter, so I was sitting there as multiple employees kept making eye contact with me. Instead of asking me if I was ok and if I got my drink, they just let me sit there looking dumb. Eventually after getting sick of it because I am carrying a bag, a laptop and a big blanket with multiple items, I go up to the counter and ask where my Frappuccino is? They go “oh we don’t have a ticket for that. We don’t see that in our system” but I went through the normal process like anyone else and ordered it at the register for $7.01 for a large. It was just an overall uncomfortable and terrible experience for a Starbucks, and to make it worse they made my drink in seconds after noticing their mistake and it was honestly the worst frappe I’ve ever had from a Starbucks, which again was super surprising for both the reason that I didn’t expect such low quality drinks, but low quality customer service as they back to back disrespected me to my face. I wish there was a beans and brew in the airport lmao, would have been way better even if it was a watered down mushy mess like the drink I received. Will be also making an official...
Read moreI wanted to take a moment to share the outstanding experience I had at the Starbucks location near TSA in Salt Lake. Azita, the manager on duty, demonstrated exceptional leadership and customer service. When there was a small mistake with my drink made by one of the baristas, Azita immediately stepped in with a warm smile, sincerely apologized, and personally remade the drink for me. She was kind, attentive, and made sure to ask all the right questions to get it just right. Her efficiency and professionalism were impressive—I don’t think I’ve ever received such quick and thoughtful service before. What stood out even more was the way she handled the situation with her team. She reassured her associate with grace and positivity, creating a supportive environment while still ensuring the customer was taken care of. Azita is an excellent team leader and truly represents what great customer service should look like. I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Thank you again for a...
Read moreTerrible customer service on 7/5. Muhamid (or Muhmil) forgot part of my order, then yelled out "you have to say something!" in front of everyone, although my receipt & cup clearly stated the forgotten part. After I confronted him about his unprofessionalism, he made comments that he didn’t care. African American female worker laughed, which made surrounding people angry. Completely unprofessional and rude — won’t be returning to...
