Subway — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

I would not recommend this location if you want good service and good food. I didn't want one of my sandwiches cut. They cut it. When I got to my car, I realized that the sandwiches were cold (I got two 12 in meatball sandwiches). I went back inside and told them and they said that they are supposed to be cold so they don't get overcooked when they are toasted. Um, no. I have NEVER in all the years I have been going to Subway (at least 30 years) had a COLD meatball sandwich!!! I asked for my money back (I paid with my debit card) and they told me they couldn't do it because the manager wasn't there and the only thing they could do was give me a gift card. I asked for cash and they said no. This is not the first time I have had issues with this location. I have asked repeatedly for them to wash their knives between using them on several sandwiches. Many times I have had to ask them to remake my sandwich because they used the same knife to cut my sandwich as they on the sandwiches before mine and there was mayonnaise on the knife or tuna (I can't stand mayo and tuna makes me I'll) hence the reason I asked them not to cut one of the sandwiches tonight. This location is in my way home from work and very close to my house. Never again. Now I'm stuck with a gift card that I may never use. Waste of time and money. I'm not...

last time i come to this subway restaurant went to get 3 sandwiches and the one who started to make our sandwiches was good but the other who helped make them put on gloves touched their face and clothes then touched the bread all with the same gloves and wen we said something about it the worker went and put a new pair on and gave us a very rude attitude the entire time we were there. and im sorry but that is health code violation and ive worked in food service and ya you dont do that and i will be calling the health dept. for that and making a complaint and also calling cooperate for the rudeness its no wander i dont see anyone there all the times weve been and was going there but its outrages and i dont recommend going there to get a sandwich till atleast they find new people to work there with better costumer service and know how to work in the food...

I understand that mistakes happen. But this place is notorious for making mistakes. Every day. They make a mistake every time I come here. Especially with the new cali fresh sandwiches. They sometimes miss the cheese. Or they miss the guacamole. Or they miss MORE THAN ONE veggie. Or they add veggies I didn’t want. On the online orders. Or on drive through. They always close down the drive through in the middle of the day because they’re lazy. The cali fresh sandwiches are always a problem to them. They can never get them right. It’s the most expensive sandwich just to be ripped off with not getting the ingredients that it comes with.
