This place is a small shop located on the corner of an intersection (I believe? I don't fully remember). The outside looks kind of dingy and the parking lot is tiny. There is outdoor seating available for those who want to sit out in the nice weather. Once you walk inside, you'll see the huge menu on the wall to your left. The kitchen is also to your left and there is seating along the wall to your right.
I was craving sushi the day I visited, but didn't have the time to sit down and grab a bite at a sushi restaurant, so I decided to try this place out. The service was fast. There wasn't much of a line before me, but a line formed after me; I got lucky :) I ordered the Geisha Riceless Roll. Now, I'm more of a sushi roll fan than a sushi burrito fan due to previous experience at other sushi burrito places, so I came into Sushi Burrito on 8th with the mindset it wouldn't be as great as a sushi roll.
I received my order within 10 minutes and left to go eat at my meeting. When I took my first bite, my goodness, it was delicious. Unlike other sushi burrito places, they did not skimp out on the proportion of raw fish. Usually, sushi burritos do not have as much raw fish in their roll compared to a normal sushi roll, hence why I'm not a big sushi burrito fan, but this place put in enough raw fish for me to enjoy my sushi.
Overall, I'm still more of a sushi roll fan than a sushi burrito fan, but for Sushi Burrito's, I would recommend this place over any of the other places I've been to. They have quick service, decently sized rolls (not big, but big enough), and enough fish in their sushi burritos. Just be careful during their rush hour times because there might not be any parking or seating since their location...

I have to say when I first heard I'd Sushi Burrito I thought "why'd they call it that? Sushi is already a burrito!" Then my second thought was "seriously? A burrito?" this was several years ago. My friend wanted to take me to lunch and I had told her I liked sushi and she did to so she wanted me to pick a place. Making this story a little shorter I chose Sushi Burrito.
+1. Their menu is simple and easy to understand. +2. The cost is actually quite reasonable because: +3. You get a HUGE burrito. I could only eat half of mine. +/- 4. I can't do anything spicy. It's not that I don't like spicy cuz I love spicy but my mouth says Mmm NOPE. So almost all of their menu options have spicy mayo, Wasabi (oddly I can do Wasabi). -5. We chose to dine in and I don't know if they don't have heat or they are saving their pennies but I froze to death! The dining area is not spacious and while we were there people were coming and going pickin up orders. -6. They SAY NO DELIVERY but I'm wondering if you can still doordash it. I'll have to research it.
So 4 stars out of 5 is pretty good. I'll...
