Beautiful dresses, but it she was nearly impossible to get a hold of. We bought our dress from her six months before our wedding with the agreement that we needed extra material for alterations. We thought it would give us enough time but she did not send the material. We were patient and tried to call her shop but the staff never answered and never returned messages. Tried to go in person and it was closed on days it said it was supposed to be open. We had to beg over social media for the fabric before we got a response. She then said she sent it out but the tracking number she gave us showed it had not moved after a week. We later found out her staff never shipped it. It was an absolute nightmare and we got the fabric after 5 months since we bought the dress. Gorgeous dress and quality but terrible...

Chantel and the Chantel Lauren team is phenomenal. Chantel was the first dress fitting that was fun and got me excited to wear a wedding dress. Chantel was real, helpful and so patient. I think I tried every gown on in her shop and Chantel and Leah never rushed me, and instead they gave helpful tips, and made me feel confident and comfortable. My dress was perfect. Perfect fit, length, color (Tyler's handpainting is beautiful), and I couldn't have had anything I wanted without this talented team. Chantel uses only high quality material, the lace and tulle specifically on the Mae was perfect, and so light. There were no hidden charges or fees, everything with this team is upfront, genuine, and high quality. I loved my experience with Chantel Lauren....
