I was excited when this place opened up a couple months ago because it meant having a coffee location I could walk to from the office instead of driving. After going, what is even more exciting is how reasonably priced everything is! The coffee option are good. The black coffee is well brewed, the lattes are a good balance of sweet, and they have fun summer drinks, but all of the prices are far less than what I'd pay elsewhere for something of a similar quality.

Alone, this would make me a return customer, but then they started adding pastries. Unfortunately, I have no pictures because I devour them before I ever have the sense to take a picture. The scones are delightfully crumbly without being dry, the strawberry lemonade pastry is bursting with flavors, and the cinnamon roll is good enough to tell everyone in the office about. We had a quick stop at Switchpoint Coffee right before heading into our meeting at work and had a wonderful experience. We ordered a latte and a black coffee, and both were spot on; smooth, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The space itself has a cozy and inviting vibe, making it a great spot to relax with a cup.

What really stood out was the service. Kate greeted us warmly the moment we walked in, guided us through our order, and had everything ready quickly. She was both efficient and friendly, which made the visit even better.

I haven’t been to the coffee shop in person, but I have tried their coffee. I bought a bag of whole bean and not only is it for a good cause, but I was pleasantly surprised how good the coffee is! I ground enough for a cup at home and at home I use a pour-over coffee drip. I prefer my coffee black (unless it’s crap at which point I need to add cream and sugar.) This was delicious as a hot, black cup of coffee. Straight up. Highly recommend, and this is where I will be getting whole bean coffee henceforth.
