Double cut Berkshire pork chop i’m glad it didn’t try this the first night because it would’ve been an expensive week.

Chef walked by and I stopped him and I said this is a Balsey move for a hotel. He says the double cut said yes, sir he said how is it? I said it’s cooked perfectly medium. Amazing you guys nailed it. The vegetables were not murdered, I like a little snap to them and they were perfect. The bacon mash was amazing. This was in the bar, the restaurant has the same menu, but I like the sports in the bar. The bartenders were very attentive, extremely friendly. We actually were served by the chef, and we wanted something lite. He must have been reading mine and my husband's minds because he suggested the apple, bacon, spinach salad, which is what we were both looking at. I requested the shrimp, and my husband requested the salmon on top of the salad. It was the most amazing salad I've had in a long time. My shrimp were cooked to perfection, and so was my husband's salmon. All of the flavors melded together beautifully. And the proportion was huge. I felt obligated to get this bar/restaurant on Google Maps after staying at the Doubletree and not finding any good restaurants nearby. I had 2 great meals here, the chicken quesadilla was delicious, burgers and salads are quality. Food is fairly priced. Only complaint is $8 draft beer, pretty steep price in my opinion.
