My family and I just drove through this Raising Canes and we are so taken back at the horrible service we received. We order a lot of food and two cokes and an ice tea and they gave us three cokes. I was tasting them to find which one was my ice tea and that is when I discover they were all three cokes. We were still at the drive through window and told the girl at the window who apologized and said you can just keep the Coke and she seemed to have to explaine to two other females that we did not get our ice tea. I don't know what was said but the girl at the window turned to us and said she has to take one of the cokes back. We told her I tasted it and she said it didn't matter. We were shocked that this was there error and it's not that we want the third Coke it's the principle of the matter. We are from out of town here for our sons army graduation and this put a bad taste in our mouth for this town. Now that we are back at our room I go to drink my unsweetened tea n guess what? It's sweetened. The employees said they had to take the Coke back because of their GM. We have been to Raising Canes in Louisiana and in Virginia both had excellent service. We will certainly remember this one as the worst customer service. GM and employees need some extensive training if this is how they are...
Read moreThis was my first time to eat there but it won't be my last. The food was super good and the gentleman who served us was very courteous and helpful for me as I'd never been there before and wasn't sure about what to order. I believe that the young man said that he was here training for a manager position and I am quite confident that he will make a very wonderful manager. He even came over to our table to check with me to make sure that my first experience there was a success and that I enjoyed the food. That's what I call caring about your customers and that's what makes him super manager material. I wish him all the best...
Read moreBest. Chicken. In. Town. No doubts about it. It's fried chicken , that's what they are good at and that's all they serve. The crinkle fries are always hot a delish. The sauce, mmm the sauce - can't get enough. Staff always greets you at the drive thru with a silly saying that will make you smile - of course it's about Chicken - enthusiastic and polite employees. The speed of getting your food is insane, when you get to the window they are pretty much throwing it out at you. Now that's a good thing, it's fast food right! This is southern food, not TX chicken with white gravy.. so if fried chicken is your jam,...
