I recently visited Rosa's Cafe & Tortilla Factory, and I would categorize it as a unique combination of fast food and restaurant. The first thing that caught my attention was the pleasant interior, which had a charming ambiance. One of the highlights of my experience was being able to watch the tortillas being made, adding a touch of authenticity to the dining experience.

When it came to ordering, the process was straightforward. You place your order upfront and then take a seat at your chosen table. Although the staff members taking the orders were not particularly cheerful, they were not rude either. It would have been nice to see a bit more enthusiasm from them, as it could have enhanced the overall customer experience.

One aspect that impressed me was the speed at which the food was prepared. It didn't take long at all from the moment I ordered to when the food was available for me to grab. This efficiency is definitely a plus, especially for those looking for a quick bite.

Regarding the food itself, I found the overall quality to be moderate. The menu offered a decent variety of options, and the flavors were enjoyable, albeit not mind-blowing. The portions were not huge, but the price wasn’t that high so the value met my expectations.

If you're looking for a quick and reasonably priced meal with a pleasant ambiance, this place is...

Only reason they even get a star is because I have to put at least one star. By far the WORST Mexican food I've ever had. Enchilada's tasted very bad. Sauce tasted like it was watered down. Cheap like maybe it was canned or something.

Went to order food for my family of four and told her I wanted three #4's and two bean and cheese burritos. The lady taking my order, Jazmyn S, asked if I wanted a bean and cheese tostada and I told her no I want two bean and cheese burritos. She then said "do you mean one of those with a flat round taco she'll? A tostada?" I told her once again no I want two bean and cheese BURRITOS. She didn't respond to me and just rang me up. I then had to ask for my drinks because she didn't give them to me, and then told me that the meals don't come with drinks. So I then had to buy them separate, the whole time she gave me a bad attitude or else just ignored me. When my food came out I had one tostada with beans, cheese, meat, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. I told the guys my order was wrong and what I had asked for and he made my two burritos in 30 seconds.

Poor food, poor customer service. Great turn around time on the food though. On top of that the prices are...

Eating inside at Rosa's is good but the drive through is a disaster. I only do drive through when I absolutely have to and the last two times and only times I have used it, they NEVER get the order right. You see, I usually eat a beef taco salad in the shell with extra lettuce which costs an additional $.39 cents; well, they have charges me both times but failed to put the lettuce on the salad. I can tell the difference; in fact, it seems like they deliberately leave off the lettuce and use less each time. The other thing I like is the salsa, med, hot, and both times the salsa was not there. The first time I asked for pico and got chopped onion, the second time I asked for red salsa, green tomatillo, pico and jalapenos. I got NO salsa. I even asked the young woman to check to be sure it was all there, she glanced in the bag and said yes. Well, it wasn't when I got home. It is too far to drive back to restaurant. I tried to eat the salad but there wasn't even a tablespoon full of meat or beans on the salad. I should have taken a photo. Needly to say, I will not be using the drive through again. I am too old to...

Best Mexican food I have ever had at a restaurant!! From outside I thought it looked really nice and fancy, thought it would be sit down and order from a waiter. When I got in I thought it might be a buffet, lol. But then quickly seen it was like ordering fast food. You order at register and pay. They do have margaritas! And open till 11pm. But food is very authentic!! Homemade tortillas and they cook in front of you then call your number when ready. I'm telling you if you haven't ever had Rosa's food your missing out!!!! I'm in love for real. No joking. Plus the portions was huge, twice as much as I'm use to getting at other places!!! Average prices not super high. I ate at the San Angelo TX location. Plus the people working their gave us a extra thing of tortillas. Oh and they give you a lot in the first place like enough for 8 people. Lol I ordered the fiesta fajitas for less then $27 a family size meal. It was plenty for 4 people. They have outside seating and free refills on all soft drinks. Rita's taste real good but aren't to strong. Quick service and very cosy along with soft lighting. Very colorful

This is our first time to San Angelo and my first time to Rosa’s. What a pleasant surprise it was! I could not believe when I saw the place, inside and out, that it is considered fast food. But it really is. The unique decor and atmosphere is so pretty and colorful. Full of cheer. The food was good and prices very reasonable. The sopapillas were delicious. They were so light. You can watch them being made. And plenty of honey! There is a toppings bar so you can add to your order whatever you like. We are RVing and just here for a few days but I think a second trip to Rosa’s might be in order. Go! Enjoy!!
