I recently visited Rosa's Cafe & Tortilla Factory, and I would categorize it as a unique combination of fast food and restaurant. The first thing that caught my attention was the pleasant interior, which had a charming ambiance. One of the highlights of my experience was being able to watch the tortillas being made, adding a touch of authenticity to the dining experience.
When it came to ordering, the process was straightforward. You place your order upfront and then take a seat at your chosen table. Although the staff members taking the orders were not particularly cheerful, they were not rude either. It would have been nice to see a bit more enthusiasm from them, as it could have enhanced the overall customer experience.
One aspect that impressed me was the speed at which the food was prepared. It didn't take long at all from the moment I ordered to when the food was available for me to grab. This efficiency is definitely a plus, especially for those looking for a quick bite.
Regarding the food itself, I found the overall quality to be moderate. The menu offered a decent variety of options, and the flavors were enjoyable, albeit not mind-blowing. The portions were not huge, but the price wasn’t that high so the value met my expectations.
If you're looking for a quick and reasonably priced meal with a pleasant ambiance, this place is...
Read moreOnly reason they even get a star is because I have to put at least one star. By far the WORST Mexican food I've ever had. Enchilada's tasted very bad. Sauce tasted like it was watered down. Cheap like maybe it was canned or something.
Went to order food for my family of four and told her I wanted three #4's and two bean and cheese burritos. The lady taking my order, Jazmyn S, asked if I wanted a bean and cheese tostada and I told her no I want two bean and cheese burritos. She then said "do you mean one of those with a flat round taco she'll? A tostada?" I told her once again no I want two bean and cheese BURRITOS. She didn't respond to me and just rang me up. I then had to ask for my drinks because she didn't give them to me, and then told me that the meals don't come with drinks. So I then had to buy them separate, the whole time she gave me a bad attitude or else just ignored me. When my food came out I had one tostada with beans, cheese, meat, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. I told the guys my order was wrong and what I had asked for and he made my two burritos in 30 seconds.
Poor food, poor customer service. Great turn around time on the food though. On top of that the prices are...
Read moreEating inside at Rosa's is good but the drive through is a disaster. I only do drive through when I absolutely have to and the last two times and only times I have used it, they NEVER get the order right. You see, I usually eat a beef taco salad in the shell with extra lettuce which costs an additional $.39 cents; well, they have charges me both times but failed to put the lettuce on the salad. I can tell the difference; in fact, it seems like they deliberately leave off the lettuce and use less each time. The other thing I like is the salsa, med, hot, and both times the salsa was not there. The first time I asked for pico and got chopped onion, the second time I asked for red salsa, green tomatillo, pico and jalapenos. I got NO salsa. I even asked the young woman to check to be sure it was all there, she glanced in the bag and said yes. Well, it wasn't when I got home. It is too far to drive back to restaurant. I tried to eat the salad but there wasn't even a tablespoon full of meat or beans on the salad. I should have taken a photo. Needly to say, I will not be using the drive through again. I am too old to...
