Ok, let me break it down:
[Service:] I ordered a French dip meal with curly fries, replaced the Swiss with cheddar, and a chicken sandwich at the drive thru. Whoever was taking the order sounded very dissatisfied with their life or with working at Arby's, which occurs as odd to me, because of my either generous or biased assumption that Arby's tends to not be busy. I didn't have the order total read back to me, and neither my order. I also wasn't asked for the size of the drink or fries.
[Food:] I started out with my chicken sandwich. Upon taking my first bite, I was surprised to be met with only the breading and other ingredients, no chicken getting involved in the bite. I was dissatisfied so I went for another bite right toward the middle of the sandwich or wherever I felt the chicken might be more prominent. I then was met with great resistance, and a horrible shock. I opened up the sandwich to get a better grasp of what the hell was happening to me, and I found what I could only describe as a pathetic and disgusting rubber puck of horribly mishapen and partially breaded chicken. In the attached photo, I very generously lined up the puck with the remainder of the sandwich in a way that makes it look like it "fits" but I assure you that this is not what I got straight out of the wrapper. This is without a doubt in my mind the single WORST EVER chicken sandwich I have EVER had. Onto the French dip. The sandwich itself was alright, maybe a bit mediocre even by my Arby's standards. The "dip" was terrible. I ate the sandwich without it because it's bitter and just straight up I cannot describe its taste as anything else but "bad". The form factor of the sandwich was pretty small and there wasn't enough meat to make up for it. The curly fries were as good as usual, but I did get a lot of small and thin crispy "bit" ones. What really sealed the deal though was the fry I saved for last, which I was amazed to find was a rather large curly fry with a smaller long curly fry inside of it. The smaller long one that was inside of it was raw and crunchy because that's how fries work; if you fry a thick fry for the same amount of time as all the other regular fries, it's not going to turn out right. My drink was as good as any other fast food place so I'm not really factoring that in, except for the way too much ice they gave me, which took up all the space in the cup and I was left with not much to drink. That's my fault though, I guess, because I couldn't (manage to bring it into my mind to ask because of how sidetracked I was with making sure I at least get the right order, or to) muster the gall to ask whatever miserable employee to also not add ice to the drink. The absolute nail in the coffin about this though? The cherry on top to what has been and has been reinforced as a horrible day? 17 DOLLARS. And that's WITH a military discount too. It was on its way to being a full 20 bucks. Unbelievable. Really really unbelievable. If I go to a different location and it's the exact same experience, I'll keep this as a 2 star because then I'll know it's not this location's fault (I guess), but if I go to a different location and it's significantly better, I'm going to a full 1 star, marking this as the single worst fast food location and experience I've ever had in San Antonio (or of all...

Very friendly and professional and up front with that particular location issues. 20 yr old building, slated for complete teardown and rebuild. Employees trained on correct sandwich building (ruben did not have the proper amount of meat or 'kraut) and proper customer satisfaction procedures (employee didn't know that they could offer customer another sandwich choice??) He emailed me a certificate for two complete meals and at a location of my choice. Will try another Arby's location in the future.
Visited my first Arby's in 20 years after seeing the TV promos for 'we got the meats!' Entered the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. There was no customers. Ordered reuben sandwich meal ($7.99) and a turkey and swiss cheese sandwich ($5.99). Small curly french fries were also part of the meal. The fries were stale and slightly cold to the touch with no taste. I ask the attendant about the sauerkraut on my sandwich and after checking with the cook we did find it under some parts of the meat. Employee was not helpful nor concerned. Reuben sandwich was sorely lacking in meat although there was some taste. TV promos show the reuben sandwich to be the largest of those displayed. There was two slices of what appeared to be deli turkey meat for the other sandwich. The main dining area appeared clean although old. Both restrooms had an odor about them. Overall, a terrible disappointment! Arby's do offer a 10% discount for seniors but save your money and go elsewhere. The 'meats' were sorely missing...

1st review was about 6 months ago and now I am dropping it because of my experience today.
I have been coming here since I moved here a little over a year ago.
The tall slinger black gentleman with the big stud earrings was very rude.
When I was ordering I asked if my curly fries could be extra crispy and with an attitude goes "ok" like IDGAF what you want.
Pull up get my meal wasn't very friendly and I asked for mayo packets and with an attitude again goes yah the black and white packets. Yah those are horsey sauce they're in your bag. And... I go no mayo packets that are at the front and he keeps silently yelling at me uh we don't have mayo.
I've never been told that or denied it I think he was just too lazy to go look and find them when they're in clear view so instead of arguing and without him asking another cowokco-w I said oh ok....
