First time at Big Z's. Had a bad feeling about it as soon as we walked in and ordered at "window". We identified as new customers and not familiar with the menu. As it turns out the young friendly girl taking our order was not familiar with the process either. The big clue that possibly this was not our type of place was when we sit down at our table to kids running wild in playing dodgeball in the hallway to the bathrooms. At one point an adult got up and videotaped all the kids having a great time. I guess what I didn't understand is why management did not ask the dodge ball game be moved to the to the backyard recreation area they have set up for such activities. My double meat burger had a nice size patties, but was dry has a bone. The dressed portion was WAY to small. Not enough lettuce, tomatoes or pickles. Mustard on table. Found packets of mayo. Ketchup was out on table empty. Despite employees walking around constantly we could not get their attention to ask for more. I finally just got up went to 3 different tables till I found more ketchup. If your going for burgers I suggest a pass on this place. If your looking for a Chuck-E-Cheese environment you will enjoy this atmosphere.

I had wanted to check out The Well before but somehow never did. Today, while looking at the Restaurant Week participants, I was reminded of The Well again. We thought to check it out tonight for dinner and definitely was a great choice! For happy hour, they have the Deep Eddy and Jack Daniels for $4. I first got the Madras and my husband got the Jack and Coke. To stay on the healthier side, I ordered the Stuffed Portabella which came with a Mediterranean orzo salad. So good! My husband had the Market Fish which was a perfectly-cooked baramundi with lots of veggies. My husband ranks this along with other fine dining fish he's had. I got the Jalapeno creamed corn and sautéed vegetables. So much good food! I'm looking forward to bringing my Dad here to try the fish and chips. Unfortunately, we didn't have room to try the desserts. Next time, we'll need to make room. Great outdoor space for social distancing and live music to resume soon after football season. Must visit!

Go hungry! Burgers are bigger than we expected. Each patty is 1/2 lb so when you order a double it’s a 1 pound burger! We ordered a single with cheese & bacon & made it a combo, which means it comes with fries & drink. Then we ordered a double with cheese, onion rings, another drink & couldn’t pass up the jumbo chocolate chip cookie. All of that was just over $40. Yes we left FULL, but don’t think it’s the best burger ever. The buns were nice & fries & rings came out freshly done with a good crunch on them. The sauce options at the pickup counter was a nice surprise, you gotta try those. The jumbo chocolate chip cookie was like eating a chocolate bar cause it’s packed with chocolate chips. Would definitely get the jumbo cookie again. Yes we would go back, but we would go when we are starving not just hungry.

Great place for kids to run around and have a burger. They even had a bar station with kids drinks
