I went in to get my mix tape charm engraved and they told me it would take a week for it to be shipped out and returned. With Labor day included I waited till the following day, to recieve several missed calls stating there was an issue with the name I chose, would not be able to engrave a trademark name, therefor I would have to choose something else or be Reimbursed. The name was "DJ Screw" so I asked if I could simply get the word "screw" engraved and I was denied that as well, so I didnt argue and asked for the reimbursement of the engraving- $25. They told me they would call me when my bracelet returned back from shipping. This is my issue with this store- it took a week to get the engraving that Never happened done, #2 a week to get a call that it was an issue, #3-would not adjust the typing to a simple word, and #4 it Only took 1 day for the braclets to magically arrivie back so that I can pick it up. I treated everyone in kindness & grace, even though I felt from the beginning that this was a personal chose to not assist me in what I wanted. God is always good, I found someone in town that would engrave for 15$ ready by next buissness day- kindest family own buissness. Diffently will be letting all my family & friends know- who...

Bad experience at this location. I recently went into the store to get a quick anniversary gift for my husband. I had my baby with me in the carrier. When I walked in there was no one to be found. No greeting. No welcome. There was 1 woman checking out a customer making long conversation. I waited near the cashiers for someone to help me. That associate never made eye contact with me, did not say "we'll be right with you", or even bother to get someone to help me. I saw many associates in the back but none bothered to look at the front or make any eye contact with me. I was clearly in need of help and had my baby carrier in hand. Finally 1 other associate came to assist me and check me out. Very disappointed in this encounter. All the associates were older women. The store didn't have any other customers so they weren't busy but no one was paying attention to anyone having walked in. I will reconsider going to this location again. This location has never given me any problems always quick in and out and the fact that its close to me this is why I shop here for that reasoning however I had a horrible experience when dropping off my jewelry for cleaning and to add more charms onto my bracelets. The associate that helped me TRACI older women with glasses and pink press on nails! Horrible customer service! She expected me to count a full charm bracelet on all of my 3 bracelets. I’ve never been asked to do this before at any other location I go to and this associate did. I am not required to do such thing as this is not my job nor expected this service. TRACI had the audacity to wait and stand there for a good 5 minutes until she realized I didn’t want to count the charms. Now you know it’s 39 charms so don’t ever ask again...
