Well it's apparent that they need more ppl ... and that's not my complete complaint... It's the the ppl that are currently there.. Now there are some that are pulling their weight and some of the others...while some are there ..looking a bit lost and I seen the other night a Non-worker it appears to be a non worker based on appearance of clothing and attitude behind the counter just chilling and getting refills all while I'm waiting in line 1 car behind the person the window and then by the time I'm at the window the Non worker was getting another refill and just watching the workers prep the other orders...I'm gonna guess based off the line behind me...and granted the wait time is ridiculous based on the 4 ppl I could see and that includes the cashier at the drive thru..the dine in was empty or appeared empty from my p.o.v. and was clear in the parking lot when I went thru drive thru... Now this was during the evening around 7:20p.m. ish...give or take a few .. Now... I normally don't complain as I know the customer service life and I try to restrain and chalk it up to training and letting the ppl have a moment to learn the process but this is been happening a while now..and I know this particular BK has high Turn over I miss the old teams ...cuz there been several and I'm a regular customer especially for the kids favorites.. the other teams ...they may have been short handed ...but they made it work and I never seen Non-workers behind the counter just drinking away and I'm sure "eating/snacking" in-between guest... .. I do hope this does get cleared up .. this BK location isn't that old be getting to this standard of operations .. and believe me. I know it's a " Fast food Location" and not to expect over the top service but at the same time...I don't want to waste a quarter of a tank of gas waiting in line all because they the workers not pulling their weight and the ones that are are overwhelmed... Now when I go in the morning... the morning crew has it going on...even with just 2 from what I can see ..cuz I sometimes do a morning run too and the morning crew is a good crew .from my personal experience. Read moreI ordered online. I've never been to this BK before. When I got to the drive thru I drove right past their ordering station, because it was turned off. There was no light at all, or any indication that you were supposed to stop there (it's night time). The lady who replied when I produced my standard salutation (hello) informed me that they were out of the frozen cherry fanta I ordered. The other options for frozen beverages were not good (that's why I picked the one I did). I got a sprite instead. The sprite was terrible. My guess is the syrup ran out halfway through or something.
I get to the window to receive my order and they ask me to pull ahead and inform they'll bring it out to me. I pulled ahead and watched youtube videos for many minutes until I almost forgot what I was doing there. Several minutes after that a woman came out and handed me a bag, but did so in the most precarious manner possible. I checked the bag and it only had what looked to be half my order, so I went in to get the rest.
It turns out they handed me someone else's order entirely, so they had mine in hand when I went in to get it rectified. The fries were hot and tasty. That's where the good stuff ends.
My double cheeseburger was supposed to have mustard on it, but was plain instead. Not the biggest deal. But my "Bacon King" had what looks to be a single strip of paper thin bacon broken into several pieces and put on the top. The bottom of the burger patties were burnt to a crisp. Pictures for reference. This is WAY beyond flame broiled. It was dry, and tasted of seriously burnt meat (because it was). I would have asked them to make another, but I didn't want to wait presumably another 20 minutes for a replacement.
Literally every single other restaurant in the area had a line, but this place didn't. And now I know why. This is hands down the worst Burger King I've ever been to. And I've been to a LOT of Burger Kings. Please don't waste your money here. I hope this place can just go completely out of business so maybe a GOOD burger restaurant can take...
Read moreIf I could give them 0 stars I would. I go to this location with my nieces order my meal and then am charged with the wrong order. The manager (April) gives me a refund for that order and then I wait 20 minutes for my food to then get the wrong order. At that point I just wanted a refund. As I then inform them about this error I request for a refund from Richard and Phillip to tell me I have to come back tomorrow for my refund. I come back the next day to be greeted by April again ( THE MANAGER) who tells me I am not able to get the refund due to me already receiving one yesterday. But I am able to get the food. I did not want the food the next day and requested for my money back even in cash. And was told by her and her "general manager" that she proceeds to tell me she called, that they can not give me my money back. So now I am out 34$ from this location because they gave me one refund, charged me again for my order, to then mess up that order. What a waste of time, energy and my HARD WORKING MONEY. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. And to add, many other customers that night was coming back for refunds and complaining about their food being wrong and/or cold. I believe in doing accurate reviews as I know this will help somebody else. Yes this is a fast food chain. But this should never be acceptable. & yes I look forward to mangers and employees commenting back on this and saying they did everything they could, but let me reassure them now; I have NO reason to lie about this because...
