Bush's Chicken — Restaurant in San Antonio

Don’t even deserve one star I ordered buffalo fries from there and in the middle of me eating there was a hair so my boyfriend went back to the restaurant showed them the picture and he got another one but then got home just to see there was also a hair on his drink ! then when i started eating the new food i felt something in my mouth i pulled it and it was a red hair( we all have black hair) so my boyfriend called again because this was ridiculous they need to be cleaner. well when he called and the restaurant again the same guy answered he said his name was Greg and said he couldn’t help us that he couldn’t replace it, so we asked for a refund because we paid and for that to happen no one will continue to eat that it’s nasty and unsanitary my boyfriend continued to explain that but the guy was getting aggressive yelling at him and left my boyfriend talking when he just hung up on him, my boyfriend called back again and Greg was still yelling saying “I CANT HELP YOU! When seeking for chicken pulled up no line no one at drive thru, about a minute a young female walked out and asked for the order. I told her I don’t see the prices on the board, she hand me her mini clip board and showed the prices, asked her how big are the tenders she stated it’s up the cook on the size range I was baffled by that thought it would be common size or bigger. I then ordered the 16 piece tender family and she stated $31 for it. Handed my card and she walked inside. Soon after more cars showed up. She handed me my card and recipe and seen a %3 charge on it when asked she was for the card use. I come here often because it’s by my work and I love the Buffalo fries with light Buffalo sauce but they can never seem to care to give you your order the way you order it. If I don’t get off to order inside they will do the opposite and drench my Buffalo fries in Buffalo sauce which makes them soggy and sloppy. So disappointed almost every drive thru visit. I’m not one to send food back but I’m gonna start making them make it over again until they get my order right. They have the audacity to charge a 3 % service fee!
