The food was mid at best. I've had better food here but I ordered the chicken pot pie and it was gross. Not like i could complain about it because the waitress was almost non existent the whole night. My wife orders a steak with 2 sides and only received 1 side. The guy dropping the food at the table seemed highly annoyed because "these plates are really hot" and my kids didn't have space cleared for the plates. How??? No one came to pick up the dirty plates from the appetizer. So he begrudgingly drops the plates and scurries off so fast we couldn't even point out what was missing. We finally see the waitress and flag her down. We tell her what's missing and her response is "oh, well we don't have any baked potatoes"....errm okay? So you remedy this issue by replacing it with air? We ask for something else and she takes off quickly. AGAIN she leaves the plates. She brings the mashed potatoes and leaves them on the stack of dirty plates! 🤣🤣 This is a joke right? I'm being punk'd? We finish up our food and ask stack everything. Some guy ends up coming and taking the dishes. She asks if we need anything when we again flag her down from another table. We ask for drinks and to-go order and to- go containers. I pay cash and still left her an unearned $15 tip. But let's talk about the WORST part of this whole experience....I am in a wheelchair. I had my beautiful wife wheel my non walking self to the bathroom. We opt to use the family bathroom because.... space. Obviously. Bro! What in the actual hell is wrong with this establishment and I know this is not ADA compliant. (Picture attached) There's a whole, i don't even know how to describe it, thing screwed into the damn floor preventing the door from fully opening. Whyyyyy?! My wheelchair could not fit. I need to know the exact reason that this stupid thing is on the floor to prevent the door from opening. Is it to deter the handicap from using the facilities? Are we not allowed to have our spouse with us? I struggled to get in. And my wife had to wait outside because I don't like people touching my things and didn't want anyone moving...
Read moreThis was mine and my husband's first time going to this location since it's opening (we were waiting for the new to ware off) so we were excited to go however our experience was anything less than exciting or what we had expected. Initially they told us it would be a 20 min wait but we only waited 10 min to be seated then after being seated is when everything went to hell. We sat at our table for 25 min without anyone saying one word to us then a party of about 10 people show up and sit across from us and five min later a waiter finally shows up buttt he doesn't come to our table he goes to the larger parties table and ignores us, after taking their drink order and putting it in ge finally come back 10 min later and we finally get acknowledged he takes our drink order and we tell him were ready to order since we've already been sitting for a while and had time to look over the menu. He goes to put our order in brings our drinks runs off no straws, he comes back with the other tables drinks brings them straws but doesn't come back to our table and we couldn't get his attention so finally another waitress brings us straws. We get our food within a reasonable amount of time, we both ordered ribs and unfortunately I thought I was going to choke to death the ribs were hard and dry and couldn't finish eating them and they were cold but the cheddar broccoli casserole is delicious. So now we haven't seen our waiter since he brought our food it's been about 30 min so we're sipping our drinks because we know good and well we're not getting refills and we continue to wait to get to go boxes and still no waiter this is about 45 min finally he shows up and we get our boxes and ask for a Manger, Manger comes and we express our concerns and honestly I don't know whether she cared or not but I hope that's not how the service is all the time but we will definitely not ever be going back to...
Read moreThe hostess and waitress were very nice. Upon entering, you're greeted by a big beautiful aquarium. Brought my mom for an early dinner, so it wasn't crowded at 4:45ish. My mom ordered the white fish plate with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. I ordered an 8oz sirloin, medium well with a baked potato and broccoli casserole. The waitress took our order and let us know shed be bringing some fresh honey butter croissants to the table. And as promised, they were nice and fresh. Our food was brought to us and while my mom was happy with her fish, my steak was dry and no pink center so it's safe to say it was overcooked. I let the waitress know when she came by and she offered to have the kitchen redo the steak. She left my sides so I tried the casserole. It was room temperature. Moved on to the baked potato and that was hard. It needed at least another 20 minutes to be cooked right. Someone brought my new steak, asked me to check it. Now this thing was still bleeding on to...I didn't need to cut into it to know that it was undercooked. She took it back for them to cook for a little longer. My waitress came back a few minutes later to see how my steak was and I explained what happened so she happily went to go check on it. She brings it back and I start to eat it and again, it's undercooked. At this point, I'm done with the kitchen. They obviously don't know how to cook a steak. I cut the steak so that they waitress can see how red it STILL was. (My mom is already done with her food for 20 minutes by this time so I gave up!) The waitress apologized and went to tell the manager who gave me a 25% discount. What a joke! The ONLY person that seemed to care was the waitress. I can't imagine how things would've gone on a busy night so good luck if you go in this place. The attached photo is after...
